Worst service people. Would never go there but it is the closest dealer for me. They never communicate with you about wait time, never give you a loaner, and always come up with things that are wrong with closest dealer for me. I had a small nail in one of my tires and they wanted to change all 4 tires!!! I took it to 3 other TIRE stores and they said my tires were still fine and just fixed the one with the nail. Cannot believe how a BMW dealer can cheat people like that. My experience this time for an emissions recall service was horrible. Was promised 2 hours and it took 4, not only that but they did not even communicate the time or anything with me so had to have my husband drive me there and they told me 20 minutes so I waited but it was more like 45 minutes. Very rude salespeople and bad customer service. More
