I went for a front wheel brake pad replacement for my BMW X3. This should normally cost $400 at the most for parts and labor. I ended up being charged $ 1,175. And the reason for it was not discussed until X3. This should normally cost $400 at the most for parts and labor. I ended up being charged $ 1,175. And the reason for it was not discussed until when I was ready to pay. Now I understand why they keep from displaying their service prices on their site. I am not considering going back there for future services. More

📢 If i could leave a no star review i totally would do so without hesitation. Listen :I purchased a 2015 bmw x5 a little over 2 months ago from LAUREL BMW WESTMONT.The sales guy was ok but just before i so without hesitation. Listen :I purchased a 2015 bmw x5 a little over 2 months ago from LAUREL BMW WESTMONT.The sales guy was ok but just before i left the place with my car i noticed that the power outlet in the back of the car was sticking out this was because the clips to hold it in place was out and i was told to bring it the following week which i agreed to. I take the car home on a friday and Sunday morning i was out with my family and the car wouldnt start after we went out.It was so cold I had to put my family in an uber as soon as possible because i have a 1 year old baby who was shaking and crying..I later had to wait for my insurance to come jump start the car. After my weekend ordeal i was able to get the car to the dealership the following Monday. They put me in a loaner car and off i went.Few days passed i was given my car back and it seemed in pretty good condition but the i noticed some scratches on the passengers front door which i pointed to them luckily for me i had taken pictures of the car the day dropped it at the dealership to show my cousin how beautiful the X5 was. The used car manager came out and just told me upfront that he wasnt going to paint the side doors and i should bring the car yet again the following week for some dude to buffer the scratches out. (SIDE NOTE:This is similar to a review i read about them already in the review sections) I painstakingly took the car back to the dealership the following week again and after 30mins i was told it was done.I took a good look at it again it was still visible. At this point i was just fed up because this was the my 5th time at the dealership already.I accepted my fate and left.Fast forward to another 2 weeeks i was on Lakeshore Drive and the car puts up a caution ⚠️ signal on the dashboard with a message saying "ADD 1 QUART OF OIL AS SOON AS POSSIBLE" and i started wondering isint this supposed to be a car just serviced and why is the engine oil burning out. So once again i was back to the dealership the following Monday. They simply added oil and told be it should be fine.I drove the car for yet another 2 weeks and once again the caution light is up again. As i write this review i am on my way back to the dealership again which is like 50mins from my house.... Did i also mention that the car wasnt detailed at all.I dropped the rear seats to have more space for some cargo and i discovered so much dirt and hair. IN CONCLUSION I AM JUST SO FED UP WITH EVERYTHING AND I REGRET GOING HERE TO BUY A CAR. I REALLY DONT KNOW WHO BUYS A CAR GOES BACK TO THE DEALERSHIP EVERY WEEK.ITS REALLY REALLY SAD 😥 AND I'D ADVISE BUYERS BEWARE Quick update So i have gone back to the dealership and they said theres nothing they can do to the engine consuming oil. They said I'd have to top up the oil for every 1500 miles I drive. The alternative to that would be selling the car back to them or trade in.So selling the car back to them for me would mean i traded my perfectly working sonata for $3000 and i gave them a $1000 down payment, all that is gone. On top of that i still have to pay the bank another $3800 because the dealership agreed to buy the car back for $20,500 keep in mind i just bought this car bout a month ago for $27000 PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE AND ALSO TELL ANYONE YOU KNOW. THEY HAVE NO REGARD FOR YOU JUST YOUR MONEY More
