When I pulled in the service bay I was greeted by a guy who appears to drive cars around—not sure why he is the first person who greets a customer. If this was the first time I had been to this dealership I would not be back. He was very condescending and unhelpful. He should not have customer interaction. It is because of him that my ratings for this dealership are lower. I left the dealership after interaction with him very frustrated and unhappy. However, my service advisor Tony was great!! More

I went in for a routine oil change. This was at 18k miles. I was under the impression my warrant and extended service plan covered routine service within this time window. I ended up paying 1300 dollars for tire rotation, alignment and several microfilters I didn't quite understand. It doesn't seem like a car at 18k miles should need $1300 worth of work. Especially when I brought it in for a routine oil change. More
I felt overcharged and oversold. Waited 30 extra minutes for my car because the person at the cashier desk could not be bothered to let me know my car was ready.
