DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE! ! •Sold me a car with MISMATCHED TIRES! (3 Winter, 1 All Season) •Car they sold me ended up having a bad sensor the 2nd day of ownership which was not fixed until a month after! •Got the wheel and tire protection, and I still have a bad tire 3 MONTHS later. UPDATE- The tire that they "fixed" blew on me on the highway! •ALWAYS a hassle to get any service done •Finance department NEVER answers the phone •Finance Department LIES when they tell you that they fixed a problem that they caused or that they will contact you back •All AutoNation and Third-Party representatives toss you around saying the other person can help, and in the end nobody does. •Finance Department screws up your monthly payment amounts to which you have to keep requesting to change •They LIE about what is actually covered by the extended warranty to finish the sale. They don't even know what their own contracts say (Or pretended not to know) •AutoNation service departments will charge you differently than what is on your contract. •Finance department forgot to even activate my extended warranty. •AutoNation representatives will tell you warranty starts until after 30days of purchase, some will tell you 60days, some will tell you 90 DAYS! •AutoNation service department will tell you that your tire has been changed when it has not •AutoNation service department will "struggle" to provide a loaner vehicle, when you specifically pay for that service in your contract. Almost left me stranded, since my car was already being serviced, they would not return the car without voiding the service (supposedly marked as a previously known defect) ------------------------ This dealership has caused so many problems that were so avoidable from the very beginning and now I'm the one paying the price, literally! I advise not purchasing from here if you want things done correctly the first time, and look for professionalism. Its a shame that they seem like such nice people and pleasant to talk to. But when it comes to fixing THEIR OWN MISTAKES after the purchase, be prepared to be ignored and get nothing fixed at the end. Shyann, the sales rep was very nice, helpful, and patient with me during purchase. Everybody else has been hard to work with to get things done. More

Courteous, professional, and accommodating. Easy to set up appointment and no major issues in the process. Two minor issues I have are the following: 1) Have the BMC Care package in which I believe 3 oil changes are included. Was surprised to see that I was charged $3.36 to top of coolant (.2 liters / 6.8 ounces). One would think that this should be included, and if not, waiver for such a small negligible amount. 2) Was provided a loaner of which had 32 miles (no gas). Was told to put in $5 off gas so it's the same level when returned. After putting in $6 of gas and returning the vehicle with 42 miles to empty (more than when received), was texted an invoice (Agreement A27296) for approx $6 for gas of which i declined to sign as my obligation was fullfilled as directed. Little things like things tend to leave a bad taste in one's mouth as it appears that the department is looking to charge for anything possible and I know that this is not the image BMW wants to portray. Despite these two very minor issues, the overall experience was positive and I would like to thank the polite and very knowlegdgle staff for that. More

He is always courteous and helpful and can perform magic to keep my car working. Nice guy who is one of the reasons I keep returning to Laurel and refer many others there as well. More
