They have had my car for over a 24 hours at this point. Dropped it at 11 am yesterday for 3 services (basic service, tire rotation and detailing) with an appointment. They called at 3pm yesterday to tell me that the car will be ready with 3 services at 11 am today. Since no one reached out after, I called at noon today to learn that only the basic service was completed and that tire rotation will take another 2 hours (it's 12.30 pm right now). Also, there is no way that they can do the detailing today. Instead of being apologetic, Steve the service advisor was extremely rude and hung up on me. Looks the the manager is on a very long lunch break! This is the worse dealership ever! More

I went to two different dealerships in the area. I was not treated seriously and kept having a contact my sales rep. She took me very serious and treated me with respect. She kept me updated weekly on my delivery date of my X3. She was beyond the sweetest, professional person to work with. She is always responses to any questions I may have and made sure all the propper paper work was already ready for me in a timely manner. RICH her boss was also very helpful and kind. Cary duke was also great and personbale. I will always come back for SHYANN. I cant thank her enough for my great experience!!! I hope to be apart of the BMW family for LIFE. GO SEE SHYANN.
