Jeff Abbas was my sale person and he was great, he listed to me describe what I was looking for. Then set the appointment, I purchased and walked me through all the functions of the X5. What I didn't understand was five days later from purchase the car had a flat. Mine you this was a demo 2023 X5, So I had to purchase a new tire for almost 6 hundred dollars. Then the service guy said this tire is warranted for 1 year. I just purchased these four tires. How come they don't come with a one year warranty? I believe that's a fair question, especially since the employee driving it home everyday could have caused the problem. I will be much more attentive to everything next time. More
