I had an issue with my 430i making a weird noise when braking above 20MPH. I had the car towed to Laurel to make sure what ever was going on didn't get worst by me driving the car. When I arrived with the car I spoke to Tyler and he began the process of checking in my car. The part wasn't in stock so I decided to leave my car until it got fixed. Only issue is that there were no loaner cars available, but Tyler arranged for a ride home for me. The next day when my car was ready Tyler again arranged one more Uber ride from my home to dealer to pick up my car. The entire process in spite of no loaner was great. Thank you Tyler. I have bought 2 BMW's in the last 3 yrs and even though I didn't buy the at Laurel I have chosen to get them serviced here. When I buy again maybe sales dept. will have what Iike. :) Needless to say the next service or anything in regards to my 430 I will be going to Laurel. J Meza More
