I wanted a particular model (X4 M) black/black. The first dealership I went to not only told me that it wasn't available and needed to be ordered, but also there were no 2025 models. It was deal breaker for me, thus my search continued. I was contacted by Shyann who assured me they had exactly what I was looking for in inventory. I went there, albeit reluctantly, to see for myself. I was pleasantly surprised to see if fact they did. Not just a X4 M, but the Competition series at that. The process from beginning to end was rather seamless. Shyann was very responsive and went above and beyond to ensure all my questions were answered. The financing was straight forward. Was able to negotiate a great price and at a very good interest rate. The only gripe was the requirement to sign various forms with pen/paper vs. electronic. Not a ding to the dealer as this is a state requirement. Never been a big fan of the dealership until now. Laurel BMW changed that experience for the better. I highly recommend them along with Shyann as your sales rep. You will be in good hands. More

They have had my car for over a 24 hours at this point. Dropped it at 11 am yesterday for 3 services (basic service, tire rotation and detailing) with an appointment. They called at 3pm yesterday to tell m Dropped it at 11 am yesterday for 3 services (basic service, tire rotation and detailing) with an appointment. They called at 3pm yesterday to tell me that the car will be ready with 3 services at 11 am today. Since no one reached out after, I called at noon today to learn that only the basic service was completed and that tire rotation will take another 2 hours (it's 12.30 pm right now). Also, there is no way that they can do the detailing today. Instead of being apologetic, Steve the service advisor was extremely rude and hung up on me. Looks the the manager is on a very long lunch break! This is the worse dealership ever! More

She took me very serious and treated me with respect. She kept me updated weekly on my delivery date of my X3. She was beyond the sweetest, professional person to work with. She is always responses to any questions I may have and made sure all the propper paper work was already ready for me in a timely manner. RICH her boss was also very helpful and kind. Cary duke was also great and personbale. I will always come back for SHYANN. I cant thank her enough for my great experience!!! I hope to be apart of the BMW family for LIFE. GO SEE SHYANN.
