Scam artist So let me begin by saying how sad it is to have to write this as I have been living in this area for 30 years, And now I have to find another Dealersh So let me begin by saying how sad it is to have to write this as I have been living in this area for 30 years, And now I have to find another Dealership out of my way. I came here about 2 weeks ago with an issue with my 4Runner. It was first diagnosed incorrectly and then when I came back for a 2nd visit I was charged another fee! I contacted the "Service Director" Scott Bada to explain to him how I payed for the repairs on my 1st visit and again on my 2nd to be able to remove my vehicle from the facility. Granted I payed $800 my 1st time and $500 the 2nd, And all I wanted was the diag fee to be waived as I felt it would only be fair. He then started to attack me over the phone and eventually hung up on me. What a disgrace. I see some things never change with Dealerships except their lousy employees. Maybe I will return once this guy is out of office. More
