Pays off to be a loyal customer!!!! I bought my Camry through Carmax 4 years ago, but have always taken it to this dealership for services. Although I have been very good at keeping up o I bought my Camry through Carmax 4 years ago, but have always taken it to this dealership for services. Although I have been very good at keeping up on the maintenance, I was experiencing a difference in he way my car was driving. I brought my car in & explained to them my situation. They did a mandatory check up on my car, but they weren't able to duplicate the same issue. They were still concerned about my "feeling unsafe in the car." About 2 weeks after that visit, I noticed that the problem I had before, was becoming more noticeable. So, I found myself back at the dealership. This time, they were very concerned & reassured me that the same guy will take me on & help me get down to the bottom of it. They took my car in at 4:30pm & said they'd run their tests & give me a call. After a long day, they found several codes & noticed that my ABS Brake Actuator was showing early signs of failure. So I was looking at paying anywhere from $2500-$3000 just for this to be replaced. I'm a 23 year old college student & that kind of money is extremely hard to come by. Luckily, Bob Martin from Toyota, let me know that he was able to talk with his boss & decided to help me out since I'm such a loyal customer. THEY TOOK CARE OF IT FOR ME!! When Bob called to tell me, I could have jumped through the phone to hug him! I'm so appreciative of their consistent care & reassurance that they always have my best interest in mind. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! 5 STARS 😁 More
