I recently traded in my 4runner at Larry Miller Toyota in Lemon Grove and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Hector Rivera and Mersed Partida in Sales were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful throug Lemon Grove and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Hector Rivera and Mersed Partida in Sales were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process. They provided clear and detailed information about the vehicles and its features. I appreciated their patience and expertise. I also wanted to give a special mention to Josue Rivera in finance that handled my paperwork. He explained all my options clearly and made sure that all the documents were prepared accurately and efficiently. Overall, the team exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend them to anyone who’s looking for a car! More

I bought a black hellcat charger 2018. We agreed that the rock chips and scratches would be taken care of with purchase of the car. There was multiple mistakes the dealership made. I was t We agreed that the rock chips and scratches would be taken care of with purchase of the car. There was multiple mistakes the dealership made. I was told the tank would be filled because it was on E WHEN I TOOK IT FOR A TEST DRIVE! It was not filled up. The plastic cover under the car ripped off as I drove off down the street from the dealarship. I came in sunday at opening after leaving around 8pm saturday night before and was told THIS WAS TAKEN CARE OF TOO. I had to take the car down to san diego lemon grove an hour drive from where I live multiple times because they could not fix the paint corrections in house, wasted my gas money and time! Was told they will not fix the plastic car cover even though the manager said it was taken care of. After dropping the car off a 2nd time I was told they need about 3 days to complete the job and the 3rd party shop was closed on the weekend (told to drop off friday!) so the car sits or I come back to take it. So I came back and had to take the car back on monday. After dropping the car off monday, on tuesday I get a call saying the 3rd party shop WAS TAKING A JOY RIDE IN MY CAR! I have a security system in the car and it shut off the car after they were speeding in it!! I face timed them because they can’t turn the car on. THREE MEN WHERE IN MY CAR WAS TRACK MODE ONE WHEN IT WAS LEFT IN ECO SERVICE MODE!!! WHAT xx!! I drive almost two hours down because of peak rush hour traffic to be told the car can not be given back to me because it needs final inspection, ITS DOWN TWO DAYS EARLY?! WHY? Because they did NOT FIX THE PAINT CHIPS!! THE JOB IS SO xxxxTY AND WAS NOT WHAT WE AGREED UPON. They refused to do further work! THIS WAS xxxxxxxxx More
