Thet were so eager to close a deal, they did not listen to me. I told them numerous times that I had a pre-approved loan through my bank. I spent time at my back before and after the sale and did not know what had happened until my loan advisor informed me what had happened. When I confronted the dealership management, I was offered a tank of gas to make up for their mistake and I felt dismissed and not taken seriously. More

Very disappointing for service I paid for and it was never done. The service supervisor didn’t even take the time to apologize and was rude. 3 hours for a simple oil change when I had an appointment is insane. Most frustrating part is that their tracking link was not being updated at all, so I didn’t know if my car was still being inspected or wh is insane. To be totally honest, I went here for an oil change and I was given very bad information about what time they close. When I got there, it seems like all of the employees left early and I wasn’t able to get m was given very bad information about what time they close. When I got there, it seems like all of the employees left early and I wasn’t able to get my vehicle. I did however contact some people that were still working there and they were extremely nice and helped me out, but my service advisor and everybody else who was helping me did not do a very good job. It was an extremely poor experience for such a simple process of an oil change and I hope that it does not happen again More
