Scott patiently explained the services to be performed and arranged a ride home for me. He also arranged a pickup for me when the service was completed. The car is actually running better than when I first bought it from Larry Miller. Excellent staff, friendly atmosphere and I will continue to be a loyal customer. More
After my last service visit I will not be going back to this location. Despite having an appointment every time, the last few times I've taken my car in its taken 3+ hours for just routine service checks, this location. Despite having an appointment every time, the last few times I've taken my car in its taken 3+ hours for just routine service checks, nothing extra. They have reccomended services I havent needed, one time specifically saying i needed to replace my cabin air filter when I had just done it myself the day before. This is also the only place I've taken my car to get it worked on since buying it at the same location four years ago, and my manual came up missing after one of my visits a while back. I have brought it up to the technician assigned to me twice, and both times, without consulting the people under him to see if they knew anything, he denied everything, claiming they dont even look at the manual. I kept it in my car behind my drivers seat and it's not there after this being the only place I've taken my car, then where else would it be. After first writing it off as a mistake I am convinced someone stole it. After my last conversation about it Alan tried to send me YouTube videos and a pdf link of my manual, after I told him not to. Incredibly patronizing and insulting for one thing, but for another thing, the video did not apply to my problem and the manual pdf he send wasn't even for my car. More

After today’s through alignment, the vehicle no longer pulls to the right and the steering response no longer feels as though I’m driving ice. Except in an emergency, which I was in on January 10, request a Complete Alignment at a Toyota Dealership, and walk away from excuses that camber and caster adjustments can’t be provided! More
