As a long-term customer of Lemon Grove Toyota, I was extremely disappointed with my recent experience with Vanessa Santiago at the service department. I had an appointment scheduled for 2:45 PM, and whi extremely disappointed with my recent experience with Vanessa Santiago at the service department. I had an appointment scheduled for 2:45 PM, and while I understand that the dealership was closing early for the weekend, I expected to be treated with care and respect. I was on time and first in line at the service center, yet it took over 15 minutes for Vanessa to even acknowledge me. When she finally did, she seemed more focused on taking my payment than addressing my service needs. I have always paid for my services after they were completed, but she insisted I pay immediately, stating, "We are closing at 4, you need to pay now." However, when I returned to pick up my car at 4:00 , it was well past 4:00 PM and I still had not reviewed my car , and I was not greeted upon arrival. Vanessa gave me the impression that I would not receive my car if I was even a minute late picking it up. Overall, the entire experience left me feeling rushed, disrespected, and treated with a lack of professionalism. IF YOU PLAN ON GETTING YOUR CAR SERVICED DO NOT AND I REPEAT DO NOT HAVE HER AS YOUR SERVICE ADVISOR!!! More

It took over 3 hours for an oil change. I was told it would only take 1.5 hours. I ended up having to text them I need to leave for work and that’s what pushed for them to finally get the c I was told it would only take 1.5 hours. Hello, I arrived at location aprox. time 7:40 am ,and a older men approached me and asked what time was my appointment, I said I didn't have any,he told me. they wouldn't help me because time 7:40 am ,and a older men approached me and asked what time was my appointment, I said I didn't have any,he told me. they wouldn't help me because he had more the one hundred cars!! I told him that's ok ,I will leave the place,he asked me to back up ,that he would help me back up,I replied perfect thank you, I then when ahead, then he stopped me he said never mind,let me talk to Vanessa and see if she can help you, and he said ,yes!! She will help.( he did the same thing ones before around a year ago)patiently I replied ok! I was seating in the driver side ,I had my window partially open,with no permission he decided to put he's hand inside my suv and turn off my lights ( I had them in auto ) and he said my co- workers don't like the lights on...I smile About 45 minutes later Vanessa check in my vehicle, she was nice, she informed me what needed to be done, and took the vehicle. The work took like an hour super fast !! When I came to pay I told her I had a 20% cuppon and she told me I had to present it before the work was done!! But then she said wait 15 minutes and I will take it , I waited 15 minutes to get the discount. I'm 56 years old man and I been your customer at this location since 1995 Trudy seux? She is always great ,she is the reason why I have buy and service different vehicles there. But I had never experienced such a bad service. I pay and I'm not asking for a free service. Very disappointed! More

Eric, the support representative, was polite, efficient and competent. He explained how to use the status app and outlined how the service visit would proceed. While waiting, all Larry Miller employees were friendly and polite. The work was done in under 2 hours! More
