Our sales rep, GIOVANNI, was fantastic! It was wonderful working with him. However, when it came to the finance side, we had a very NEGATIVE experience with BERNARDO LUNA. Bernardo scuffed It was wonderful working with him. However, when it came to the finance side, we had a very NEGATIVE experience with BERNARDO LUNA. Bernardo scuffed at us when he wanted us to sign documents before seeing the vehicle we were going to purchase stating he had other customers waiting. We informed him that we’ll wait until he’s finished then he proceeded to hang out in the glass office without a customer and did not help us even after we’ve finally had the chance to see the vehicle. It’s as if he’s punishing us for not signing documents on an item we haven’t seen, at his convenience. A+ for Giovanni. Bernardo Luna needs to be reminded that he’s in customer service and should behave as such. More
