Wow your team was great! I called at 330 pm to have a rock chip fixed. The team jumped right in and helped me. I hurried right over and they took me right in. Never buy a car from Larry H Miller Honda Murry UT. My 16 year old bought a used car from Lary H Miller Honda last month. On the test drive, the air conditioning was blowing hot air at my f My 16 year old bought a used car from Lary H Miller Honda last month. On the test drive, the air conditioning was blowing hot air at my face. I was very concerned about it, and brought it up multiple times, asking our salesman to feel it. He said it wasn't a big deal and was just a fuse and it could be repaired in the shop that following Monday, since it was Saturday evening when we were purchasing the car. It was mentioned on our paper work. My son then brought it in multiple times, the sales guy was too busy some of the times, and when we left it with the shop, they said they couldn't fix it, and figure it out. After a month battling with them, they finally said we had to take it over to Chevrolet. Once Chevrolet figured it out, (a $1000.00 repair) Honda claimed to never claimed that they would fix it. My paper work was worded wrong and they only claimed that they would look at it. Then they wouldn't even cover the $170.00 diagnostic fee from Chevy. They even hung up on us when Chevy was trying to get the PO number from Honda to bill them. All I can say is they are soooooooo dishonest and xxxx. How mean, especially to my Sons first experience with buying a car. More
