Excellent service rep. No waiting to get car in or pick it up afterward. Fast, knowledgeable, friendly. He identified early tire wear that needed balancing and he had a special on that. I HATE your extra shop fee which was OVER 10% of my bill! Its a bait and switch scam as it’s not included in the quoted price and there’s no sign or mention of it up front. Why do you have to hide this extra tax instead of promoting yourself as ‘honest upfront pricing’? And it’s not fair for ur employees to have to hide that information from us and then have us complain to them. My service rep didn’t warn me about the fee but you probably tell him not to. I bought a certified preowned car from you already so why don’t u strive to have a fair ongoing relationship for service? More
