Great experience I have had a hard time trying to find a dealership that could work with me to buy a vehivle due to having to go through a bankruptcy last year. The sa I have had a hard time trying to find a dealership that could work with me to buy a vehivle due to having to go through a bankruptcy last year. The sales personell were awesome and had no problem getting the truck I've always wanted along with a two year warranty to have that security buffer. All in all I recommend this dealership to anyone who has had trouble finding a place that is willing to work with you I went to a few different dealerships and they all turned me down or would require me to have a co signer which I was unwilling to do I wanted to do it on my own and these guys did it getting me an awesome ram 1500. The car My wife and I went into purchase a Dodge charger. Salesman initially treated us really well. Once he knew he had the sale everything changed. The car was supposed to be fixed with a new windshield and bumper never. Was supposed to take two days, a week later it was fixed. No phone calls no communication from either the salesman or the repair service. Ridiculous worst service ever would not recommend them to anyone. Will never buy another vehicle from them. Probably won't have the car serviced there either.. Salesman also would not answer his phone after he made the sale. Steve was the salesman More
Not told the full story. I called to ask how many oil changes I had remaining from the pre-paid oil change plan i had purchased and was told they expired. When I purchased the I called to ask how many oil changes I had remaining from the pre-paid oil change plan i had purchased and was told they expired. When I purchased the oil change service plan and was not informed that the pre-paid service has an expiration date. I was also informed that I should have been notified by the salesman that I had one remaining that was about to expire, again zero communication from the service department. Thanks for not taking care of the customer and not giving them all the information of a pre-paid service plan, I will not be back. More

The experience was horrible and not what we expected from a dealership. We had numerous issues with this dealership (the car being offered on the internet but not available for sale, the add-ons during the sale that a customer can not opt out of, etc) but that is not the focus of this review. The focus of this review is customer safety. Larry H. Miller does not seem concerned about safety. When we finally got to drive the car that we bought, the salesmen assured us that the car was in good working condition and that it had passed the inspection with no problems. We did not see the report from the repair shop nor were we told what was fixed and what was not. The car had two major safety issues with it. First, it had a recall from GM. The dealership told us about the recall but did not tell us the serious safety issues associated with the recall (see the recall information below). The dealership did not tell us that the car would roll while in park due to the fact that gear shifting cable was broken. After we drove the car off the lot, the car rolled 4 out of 5 times after being put into “park”. This includes once in our garage after my teenager got out of the vehicle and once at the Pontic dealership when we went to have it fixed on our own. As per the recall itself: If the transmission shift cable fractures while the vehicle is being driven, the transmission gear selection may not match the indicated gear and the vehicle may move in an unintended or unexpected direction, increasing the risk of a crash. Furthermore, when the driver goes to stop and park the vehicle, despite selecting the “PARK” position, the transmission may not be in “PARK”. If the vehicle is not in the "PARK" position there is a risk the vehicle will roll away as the driver and other occupants exit the vehicle or anytime thereafter. A vehicle rollaway increases the risk of injury to exiting occupants and bystanders. This is such an issue that CBS News did a story on dealerships that sell cars to people without telling them the consequences of recalls (or fixing them first) http://www.cbsnews.com/news/cbs-news-undercover-investigation-used-cars-safety-recalls/ Second, the car had a bad cracked windshield. This is a violation of Idaho Code 49-902 – Scope and Effect “(1) It shall be unlawful for any person to drive, or move, or for the owner to cause or knowingly permit to be driven or moved on any highway any vehicle or combination of vehicles which is in an unsafe condition as to endanger any person, or which does not contain those parts or is not at all times equipped with the lamps and other requirements in proper condition and adjustment, as required by the provisions of this chapter, or which is equipped in any manner in violation of the provisions of this chapter.” The dealership not only let us drive the car from the lot, it did not make the appointment to get the windshield fixed for almost a week (the salesman forgot to make the appointment). When the windshield repairman installed a new windshield he said he was surprised that the dealership let us drive it off the lot as this was a safety concern. He said that 40% of the structural integrity of the top of the car is because of the windshield. Additionally, the airbags use the windshield as a backstop to ensure that passengers are kept in the vehicle. Although it is not required by law to fix safety recalls before a dealership sales a car, we think that it is a serious concern that Larry H Miller Dodge of Boise did not disclose the seriousness of this recall for a car for my teenager. Painless and hassle-less I had started talking to Alley before coming into the dealership, because I had been shopping online. Alley was very friendly. After taking my dream c I had started talking to Alley before coming into the dealership, because I had been shopping online. Alley was very friendly. After taking my dream car for a ride early in the morning, I had the deal closed by 6pm that night, most of the time I was at work while Alley did the leg work. It was effortless and I would gladly recommend Alley and LHM C/J/D to anyone. My only critique: the car came with one key. C'mon guys, really? Form a relationship with a Lock & Key business for discounted keys. The transponder key is only $100, but I did just flop $1000 down and walked away with a $17k vehicle. Had that been done, this transaction would have been a 5-star affair!!! Thanks again Alley! More

Disappointing experience from a repeat customer I have purchased from this dealership 3 times and I have to say this visit was very disappointing. Not only did they lie to me on the value of my tra I have purchased from this dealership 3 times and I have to say this visit was very disappointing. Not only did they lie to me on the value of my trade-in they where more concerned in how much money the salesman would get in his pocket over keeping a good customer. All they wanted was more money yet they were getting more than enough off the low ball offer on my trade-in. I was able to go to a competing dealership and get the correct trade-in amount and get the same vehicle for the price I wanted to pay. Very disappointed, I won't be going back. More
