The shop did what they needed as quickly as they humanly could and they got it back to me ASAP. Helps to have this kind of service with the frustrations of having to deal with vehicle issues. And they watch the dollars on your behalf, which also helps you feel a little better as well. More

I contacted my service rep, David Leon at Larry Miller Jeep to schedule an appt. Upon my arrival at Larry Miller, I was greeted by David who immediately shook my hand, and offered me a ride to the metro, etc, or suggested I relax in the service lounge while my Jeep was being serviced. A little over 2 hrs later, David said my Jeep was ready and thanked me for my business and I was on my way. More
Car Alarm Resolution Just purchased a new vehicle, my second from this dealer, and have again received excellent Service Department assistance. I had a question about the Just purchased a new vehicle, my second from this dealer, and have again received excellent Service Department assistance. I had a question about the car alarm on the new van that the sales person, Brad, repeatedly told me was installed but he did not call me back as he said he would after his verbal instructions about how to arm and set off the alarm failed. In the past, LHM Service has always been great to deal with so I knew my questions would be answered. In under an hour, they determined the promised car alarm was NOT installed, could NOT be installed now, and would have to be done by an aftermarket company, and provided me with a VIN-based printout of what my van does and does not have. Not good news but at least I finally know the truth and it didn't take that long. I am exceptionally happy with the Service Department and representative. My only small criticism is that I learned an appointment time is the time service paperwork is initiated, not the time the work is scheduled to begin. Cars coming in for service are handled on a first come-first served basis even with an appointment and that day was exceptionally busy when I arrived for my 9:00 am appointment. I live out of town and waiting for the projected three or so hours to check the car alarm was not something I was prepared for. They were great about understanding the situation and checked the van quickly. I appreciated that very much and I know now to allow more time for service. More
Beyond Dishonest Most dishonest salesman I have ever meant. Completely baited me into buying a beyond horrible car for almost 6 times what it was worth (initial offer was 8 times its worth!!) Car completely broke down after only a few months of driving (not to mention having to get new brakes and belts a month after I bought it). Don't waste your time with this guy. He will rip you off and leave you feeling horrible down the road. Want a great dealership? Just go across the street to LHM honda. More

Classic "Price bait & switch false advertising"! It's sad that a dealer can get away with such devious and deceptive marketing as what I experienced with this piece of crap dealer. They advertise ve It's sad that a dealer can get away with such devious and deceptive marketing as what I experienced with this piece of crap dealer. They advertise vehicles, in my case I called on a new 2016 truck that is leftover stock, or close-out stock, because the 2017 models have been out for 5 months. This truck was advertised at an exceptional price for a new truck considering the model and how it was equipped. The ad was on Autotrader and also on their website, both identically worded and presented. These are internet ads available to any potential buyer, not just to someone living in Boise, Idaho, but to anyone who shops the internet from anywhere in the country, or anywhere in the world for that matter. This dealer's site even brags about having customers fly in to take advantage of their great prices, and how they will be picked up at the airport in their new vehicle, etc. So they are targeting out of state buyers with their Autotrader ads. I'm next door in Washington, so I called up and said I would buy the truck at the advertised price. They said "Great!...but I would have to QUALIFY for that price." To get the advertised price I would have to be "ALL" of a number of things which included "active or retired military, a collage student, an active realtor, a resident of Idaho, etc." Those were the ones mentioned. There might be more. Turns out the actual price of the truck was exactly $4,000 higher. To get to the $37,151 advertised price from their undisclosed actual price of $41,151 I had to qualify as explained above, with the price dropping per each qualified classification I suppose, to eventually get down to the lone advertised price of $37,151. The thing is, no where in the Autotrader ad did it state that, nor on their website blurb for the truck. It was not stated anywhere, even in the fine print, nor in the "Disclosure". However, in the disclosure it did state "Price contains 'ALL' applicable dealer incentives and non limited factory offers. You may qualify for 'ADDITIONAL' factory offers; see dealer for details." It then says, "Contact us for your customized sale price!" Meaning...this is where we jack you around with our "false advertising" and our undisclosed qualifying crap that "baited" you in and where we "switch" you to what our "actual" price is "Because it is still a great deal!", or attempt to sell you a less expensive vehicle after we've lured you in. Shame on this supposedly highly rated dealer whose "general manager is aware of our advertising procedures", for the dealer's owners or for Autotrader allowing such deceptive practices to occur on their website. Do not buy your vehicle here. More
