Service work done I took my truck into Larry H. Miller to have a recall issue fixed. The night before my appointment i was able to drop off my truck and have it stored I took my truck into Larry H. Miller to have a recall issue fixed. The night before my appointment i was able to drop off my truck and have it stored inside out of the weather. My apt was first thing in the morning and with in an an hour of my apt i was contacted that the repaired had been completed. When i went to pick up my vehicle, Brian from the Service department explained what was done on the repair and the other checks they preformed. These other checks, fluid, brakes, lights were not required and done as a curtesy at no cost to me. Brain and the grew in the Service department are awesome!. Thanks Guys! More

Continued Excellent Service Ross Smith, Cory and Krista continue to be amazing! I called Ross in December and asked him to find us another Cherokee. Since my husband truly enjoye Ross Smith, Cory and Krista continue to be amazing! I called Ross in December and asked him to find us another Cherokee. Since my husband truly enjoyed his first Cherokee. Purchasing a newer vehicle, my husband was apprehensive to trade-in his 2017 and only agreed to have another vehicle if we went with another Cherokee. My husband has had multiple back and neck surgeries which has left him with restricted neck and back movement, so I wanted him to have the blind spot monitoring, heated seats, steering wheel and remote start. We made our way to Boise from Utah to get his Cherokee. Ross, Cory and Krista made the entire process go smoothly! We will continue to make our way to Boise for any new vehicle we decide to lease or purchase! Those 3 people really should be commended for their ability to make the customer feel comfortable and secure. Replaced navigation system on 2018 RAM 3500 truck Navigation system was inop. Took truck into LMH for service of the navigation system. Repair consisted of replacing the entire navigation system wit Navigation system was inop. Took truck into LMH for service of the navigation system. Repair consisted of replacing the entire navigation system with a new one. Only issue was the new system had not been transferred from LMH to our truck. Still waiting for the transfer in order to completely use the system. No problem, weather is bad and staying indoors and do not need to be out and about in the truck. More

Refreshingly Pleasant Car Buying Experience My husband and I decided it was time to sell our 2006 vehicle after over 10 years. I put it off for years, partly because I don't enjoy car shopping. We tried a couple dealerships and after dealing with pushy, scripted salesman, I decided to forget the whole thing. My husband convinced me to give it one more try after finding a desirable car at Larry H Miller Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram in Boise. I was VERY skeptical, even went in with a negative attitude, but then we met Tom Needham. What a difference, and I felt it right away. He is straightforward, honest, unscripted, transparent and extremely accommodating. He is authentic and fair, and nothing about him says "Stereotypical Car Salesman." Nothing. I don't leave reviews, but I felt he deserved one. Consider me grateful that I no longer have to "shop" for a car salesperson. Tom will now be our go-to representative when we are shopping for a car.
