Jason Brixey was great I recently purchased a very low mileage 2019 Jeep Cherokee from Larry H Miller jeep in Boise and it could not have been easier. Jason Brixey was great to work with. I originally was looking at new jeeps, but he mentioned they had some great deals on pre-owned vehicles at their tent sale at the fairgrounds. Rather than making me drive over there on my own Jason and I drove over in one of the new vehicles. That is where I found the perfect Cherokee. Everyone I dealt with was low pressure and very helpful. I felt I could walk away from the deal at any point if things didn’t feel right which I really appreciated. I would highly recommend Jason and Larry H Miller Chrysler Jeep Ram when you are looking for a new or used vehicle. More

Misleading Pricing on Auto Trader We called in about a New 2019 Grand Jeep Cherokee Laredo, listed for 23,974 on Auto Trader. After calling and emailing we were informed that we had to We called in about a New 2019 Grand Jeep Cherokee Laredo, listed for 23,974 on Auto Trader. After calling and emailing we were informed that we had to qualify for every single rebate they offer to get it for that price. After being referred to their website vs. Auto Trader, I found the pricing to be a "Get as low as" and the Sales Price would be $27,974. A salesman spoke with my husband over the phone, and informed him the price would the over $28,000 before tax and licensing. This is all with a cash offer, no financing. That was more than the advertised sales price on their website. I asked the salesman about the Auto Trader price and ge proceeds to tell me that they don't advertise in Auto Trader and that Auto Trader pull their ads and prices to put on the website. After talking with Auto Trader, I found this not be true in the slightest. Our final offer from them was $32,147 out the door, which is a big difference in what your trying to advertise for. I gave submitted my complaints with the Auto Trader and Jeep customer service divisions, and feel it us a sad misrepresentation of the company and does a disservice to customers and other dealers alike.
