From sales people who run you around in circles to the endless hours at a dealership (leaving even more confused then when I first walked in), it is not something I readily enjoyed. That is, until I walked into Larchmont Chrysler Jeep Dodge. Fernando and the entire sales team made this experience so pleasant, easy, and carefree. Every detail was tended to, every question was addressed, and the best part of it all, is that I drove away with exactly what I was looking for! Terrible dealerahip Terrible experience. Purchased a used 2012 grand Cherokee Overland Summit from Larchmont jeep. Spent $40,000 on the vehicle. I live several hours from Terrible experience. Purchased a used 2012 grand Cherokee Overland Summit from Larchmont jeep. Spent $40,000 on the vehicle. I live several hours from the dealership got a ride to pick up the car and when I got there the Quadra lift air suspension buttons were blinking and the suspension system was not working. There was a engine light on saying needed service. Living so far away I took the car home brought it to a dealership near me and after having the car for a few days found the issue and repaired it they also found that the necessary updates were not done. Also, blower motor was broken. Not long after all these issues the suspension started making noise over bumps... a broken swaybar. Noise coming from the shocks and suspension. And the issues continue. After contacting the owners their advice was simply bring it back to them so a trusted dealerahip can look at the car. I advised it is at a trusted dealerahip. I have missed work and now have to rent a car for $500 because of this inconvenience. Not only is the vehicle not fixed and heading back to the shop AGAIN for the suspension problem, one of the owners solutions was he would personally cut me a check for $100. Not acceptable. And now no call back from the owners after leaving messages...NOT ACCEPTABLE. More

Steve I have been a loyal Larchmont Chrysler customer for over 10 years now. I deal with Steve Wellins whom is the leasing manager at the dealership. Steve is a true professional and not your traditional "car salesman". Steve will work with you to get you into a car that is the best fit for your needs. He also does not try and "upsell" the many aftermarket items that other dealers try to force upon you at the time of your purchase. Steve prices the car fairly and competitively as well. The service department is also excellent and I have never had any issues with them. Any repair/warranty work has always been performed quickly and correctly on the first visit. More

Rude, disinterested, poor attitude Apparently this dealership is not actually interested in selling cars. I visited to test drive and make a decision between two different models, both at the upper end of the price range with a lot of options, so presumably both good margin sales for the dealership. When I arrived, a person at the front entrance insisted on getting my name and a whole lot of unnecessary personal information prior to finding a salesperson for me (the dealership was dead empty by the way, not a single customer other than me). When I asked her why she needed all of this information, she said "I'm the customer service manager here." OK, so after a few minutes a salesperson finished up whatever he was doing in the empty dealership and came out. Before telling me his name, he asked if I had a trade. When I said I might, depending on the deal, he immediately asked if I owed money on the trade. Again, all of this before telling me his name or asking what vehicle I was interested in purchasing. Interesting sales approach. So, when I told him what I wanted to see and test drive, he said that one of the two had been sold and so couldn't be driven. OK, fair enough. The other one, he said, was in the showroom. His exact words were "it's in the showroom, there are cars in front of it, I'm not getting it out for a test drive." Another unique and highly effective sales approach. So I left. Did anyone try to stop me or help in any way? Nope. When I told the "customer service manager" that she might have some work ahead of her, she just stared at me. The next day I ordered the new car from another dealer. Nice work, guys. Luckily for consumers there are numerous Jeep/Chrysler/Dodge dealers in the area, so no need to ever patronize this one. More
