After searching high and low, I decided to order the vehicle. Fernando worked out pricing and provided a range of options for me. He made himself readily available to answer questions and never gave me the "Hard Sell", that annoyed me when I visted other dealships in the area. Throughout the process he kept me informed on delivery timing. My car arrived before the estimated delivery and was exactly as requested. More importantly, they were able to improve on the leasing rate that we agreed too. There are few out there that would give the savings back to the customer after it was negotiated. I was thrilled about the savings and my new car. When I picked up my car, we were able to wrap-up the papaerwork in less than 30 mins. I was not offered unnecessary coverage that would boost my cost. I am extremely happy with my purchase and my experience at the dealership. I would recommend Fernando to all potential buyers. More

Also it helps to have your inventory in stock if you want to sell it. My husband and I contacted Larchmont Chrystler looking to purchase two of their used Jeeps and wanted to check that the cars were in stock. We were told that one was being driven by the owner and wasn't at the dealership but the other was there. I let the sales person know we would be right in and was told I would have to come another day as the lot closes at 7. I found this odd as we were 30 min away and it was only 6pm but we did as asked and stopped in the next day. When we walked into the dealership there were three sales people chatting and none of them approached us. We walked up to them to let them know we were there to see used cars. After an annoyed look, we were asked if we had an appointment. I explained we didn't realize we needed one and asked if we could look at the cars we had seen online. The sales person reluctantly walked over to the used lot with us and showed the car that was in stock. He never offered to let us drive it. We asked about the second jeep that we wanted to purchase as well and they explained that it will take up to a week for the other car to be back on the lot. Through out the process our sales person was answering the dealerships phone which I found very rude. Fortunately we were able to find vehicles at Ramsey Jeep in New Jersey at much better prices and sales people that valued our business. More

Terrible dealerahip Terrible experience. Purchased a used 2012 grand Cherokee Overland Summit from Larchmont jeep. Spent $40,000 on the vehicle. I live several hours from Terrible experience. I live several hours from the dealership got a ride to pick up the car and when I got there the Quadra lift air suspension buttons were blinking and the suspension system was not working. There was a engine light on saying needed service. Living so far away I took the car home brought it to a dealership near me and after having the car for a few days found the issue and repaired it they also found that the necessary updates were not done. Also, blower motor was broken. Not long after all these issues the suspension started making noise over bumps... a broken swaybar. Noise coming from the shocks and suspension. And the issues continue. After contacting the owners their advice was simply bring it back to them so a trusted dealerahip can look at the car. I advised it is at a trusted dealerahip. I have missed work and now have to rent a car for $500 because of this inconvenience. Not only is the vehicle not fixed and heading back to the shop AGAIN for the suspension problem, one of the owners solutions was he would personally cut me a check for $100. Not acceptable. And now no call back from the owners after leaving messages...NOT ACCEPTABLE. More
