Sean Brown was the sales associate that helped me purchase my new Fusion. I was in the dealership for a good long while. Sean and I went over the finance situation to begin with per my request. He th purchase my new Fusion. I was in the dealership for a good long while. Sean and I went over the finance situation to begin with per my request. He then took the time to let me look at the three cars I was considering. He went over all of the options. I was back and forth and back and forth. He then was very patient with me as I test drove all three cars. We made a deal, worked it out with the finance people (Fred), who was also very nice and respectful. Sean was very nice and very respectful to me. I wore a mask into the store, and while I was a little surprised that more people weren’t masked up, he wore his mask for me all day, and didn’t complain at all. The wipes down the desks I was at. Very pleased with this visit to Landmark Ford. More
Car qas delivered 3hrs. Later than promised, car was dirty,gas tank was empty, car had 8 more miles on it than at time of signing paperwork, was told by the salesman car would be cleaned and my tags tha dirty,gas tank was empty, car had 8 more miles on it than at time of signing paperwork, was told by the salesman car would be cleaned and my tags that i supplied would be placed on vehicle also, also told that by salesman that he was personally going to accompany car to my house. probably not going to purchase another vehicle from your dealership, the deal and service were over the second I walked out of the building. Carlos was excellent but finance dealing was not. We visited the Ford dealership in July 2020. Our salesman Carlos was excellent from beginning to end. Derek French did the financial paperwork for us. He explained everything thoroughly and we received the 0% financing special they had going on. What he didn't bother to explain was that in order to receive the 0% financing we had to sign up for 2 of the extra services that they want you to buy along with all the rest of the fees in buying a car. After being in there for 1-1 1/2 hours, we questioned the amount being borrowed because it was way more than we had calculated, only then did he bother to tell us about the extras we had to purchase which added another $3000.00 on to the bill. This should have been thoroughly explained to us prior. It was a shady act that he pulled so I wouldn't ever finance with them again. More

At 69 years old I have purchased many cars and spent many hours in dealerships. This time was the best ever. Your salesman Sean Brown was the professional all the way. We told him what we wanted our payment hours in dealerships. This time was the best ever. Your salesman Sean Brown was the professional all the way. We told him what we wanted our payment to be and how much we could put down. There was no pressure to change that. He and the sales manager found a car that would meet both requirements. It was perfect for my wife and she loves it. We got more car than we expected to get. This was definitely the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. The financial guy, Iwish I could remember his name, was very knowledgeable and easy to deal with. We have had two people ask where we bought it. Told them go to Landmark Ford and ask for Sean Brown they won’t be sorry. Thanks again for the experience. More
