Typical dealing back and forth. I finally got a price I could live with. Waited too long to finalize the transaction. Didn't receive a copy of the loan contract with all the other papers. Lost sleep from not having the loan terms on paper. Had to request a copy the next day. Was told it was unusual to get one. I like to know all the numbers if it's MY money.
