I was scheduled for a repair by the service department for the 27th of March. I received reminders which I acknowledged. After driving the 53 miles from my home to the facility I was turned away because i for the 27th of March. I received reminders which I acknowledged. I was also told that I could not schedule a new appointment and would have to call back on Monday. After arriving back home I had a Missed Appointment message waiting! More
