My suggestion: Remember to write things down verbatim ( like I did ) what they tell you on the phone then compare it to what you are told again at the dealership and let the fun begin. Funny how you can work out a deal the day before, drive 35 minutes there for an " appointment " only to find out the salesman forgot to mention the car you are trying to buy is now called a Demo and the employee who takes it home, buys groceries and takes the Cat to the vet in it.... does not work today OOPS !!
