Terrible dealership. Left the new truck I bought to be cleaned with 5 miles on it. Came back the next day to a dirty truck with 36 miles on it. Got a safety recall on my vehicle I purchased at this dealership. The service dept made me make a 1 month out appointment. When I arrived they informed me I needed to leave the car for 3 days, Andrew did dealership. The service dept made me make a 1 month out appointment. When I arrived they informed me I needed to leave the car for 3 days, Andrew didn't even know about the recall and couldn't understand even the most simple concepts of vehicle repair. They acted like they were doing me a giant favor to even look at my car. I had 2 other small requests, one was a published security software update on the car, given these are stolen so much, and a minor adjustment to the tailpipe tip alignment. There were 2-3 other things I was concerned about but given their hostility, I just let them go. 3 days later I had to drive over because I got zero communication on the status of my car. They informed me the cosmetic alignment that was 3 inches off was "normal" and did nothing about that concern, then tried to charge me $180 for a software update on a 4 month old car. I refused to pay it and was basically threatened "Well I'm taking it off the bill for now, but we might demand you come back next week and pay us". Worst customer experience I have ever had, especially considering I just purchased a $55K vehicle from them. More
