Please do not take your car here for service. I originally brought in my Jeep Compass for service on May 18th after it shut off without warning while driving. The service technician was originally very helpful in communicating that it was simply a sensor issue and they had the car back to me on May 26th. Unfortunately, a few days after getting it back, the engine randomly shut off once again so I brought it back June 1st so they could help take a look again. This time I had an awful experience. I was told it was the PCM that needed to be replaced, which would have been fine except no one would call me back for over a week despite my repeated attempts to figure out what was going on. I finally was able to pick it up on June 15th- and now, once again, the vehicle has shut off while I am on the highway and when I try to make an appointment to bring it back in so they can fix the vehicle that they were already paid to repair- I'm told the next appointment isn't for another month. I don't know if they simply don't know what they are doing, if they don't care enough to actually look into fixing the issue or if they are just taking my money. Did I actually need to spend all that money on the sensors and the PCM or were they just finding things to charge me for and expecting me to come back and shell out more money for an issue they were already paid to fix? Don't waste your money or your time More

I purchased a SmartForTwo at the dealership. Upon picking up the vehicle, the vehicle had not been cleaned, was missing the TomTom Navigation SD Card ($266-450), missing the electric charging ca Upon picking up the vehicle, the vehicle had not been cleaned, was missing the TomTom Navigation SD Card ($266-450), missing the electric charging cable, and the manual. I've called to speak to the manager or owner to report the missing items to no avail. Coincidentally, there are 2 SD cards for sale on Ebay for $466. What a scam to purchase a vehicle from a dealership and have a blank navigation/media screen. The only good thing about this dealership is the hardworking finance manager; everyone else appears to scammers. Stay away from here!!! Reporting this dealership to the BBB and Mercedes Benz as this is not the first time that dishonest dealerships have sought to steal and resell the SD cards. More
