First let me say I had been to multiple dealerships and for some reason was not really taken seriously because I ask a lot of questions. Or maybe it was because I would not immediately let them run my cred for some reason was not really taken seriously because I ask a lot of questions. Or maybe it was because I would not immediately let them run my credit. However, on the Sunday I pulled up and began walking the parking lot Sam approached me, as I have before I kind of kept browsing and he followed asking questions. Right then I knew we had something in common. He told me how they normally do things and I told him how I wanted to do them. We met in the middle. Sam and I went inside and began the process of getting more information from me and about me. The whole time as I asked questions, he was very inclined to answer. This search and process did not take long as he could see, and I was a qualified buyer. Let's just say Sam is the kind of guy that doesn't let you leave unhappy and will make sure he "Rocks" with you through all your questions and bumps. I will say that.... I ended up leaving there with a 2022 Charger RT with 30 miles on the odometer. Sam, I appreciate you and all you have done. I not only bought a car I met someone I would refer all my friends, family and co-workers too. Landmark you have an asset in that one right there. Sam until it's time Again!!! Thank you!!! More
Visited dealership twice within 9 months same repair , broken again!!! Paid twice even though part was warranted because repair was less than 12 months. Please do not take your car here for service. I originally brought in my Jeep Compass for service on May 18th after it shut off without warning while driving. The service technician was originally very helpful in communicating that it was simply a sensor issue and they had the car back to me on May 26th. Unfortunately, a few days after getting it back, the engine randomly shut off once again so I brought it back June 1st so they could help take a look again. This time I had an awful experience. I was told it was the PCM that needed to be replaced, which would have been fine except no one would call me back for over a week despite my repeated attempts to figure out what was going on. I finally was able to pick it up on June 15th- and now, once again, the vehicle has shut off while I am on the highway and when I try to make an appointment to bring it back in so they can fix the vehicle that they were already paid to repair- I'm told the next appointment isn't for another month. I don't know if they simply don't know what they are doing, if they don't care enough to actually look into fixing the issue or if they are just taking my money. Did I actually need to spend all that money on the sensors and the PCM or were they just finding things to charge me for and expecting me to come back and shell out more money for an issue they were already paid to fix? Don't waste your money or your time More
