The service team lost my keys, and that's not it! Disappointing customer service and lack of warranty knowledge. I almost paid for the repairs and tires because of it. I had to call Mopar and Chrysler to verify my coverage. Apparently, I did not qualify for a rental car because I did not purchase my Jeep from this dealership. I've made multiple calls to the dealership, provided them with contact warranty information from Mopar, and filed a claim with Chrysler to get the parts expedited. At this point, I am exhausted and uncertain why this information is not in their system. Landmark Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram FIAT of Atlanta is convenient for me, but based on my recent experience, I am not sure if Landmark values customer relationships or revenue. It would be great to connect with the General Manager about my experience. It took the team 2.5 hours to find my keys. How would you feel if this was you? More
