I dealt with Tom Finnick via e-mail and text and made a couple of phone calls. We got a great deal and the transaction was quick and painless when we arrived. We didn't get a lot of pressure for add-on's or other items. I would recommend Tom and this dealership to anyone wanting to get the best deal for their money. More

Don't waste your time liars If I could rate this dealership it would be with a zero. Let me start I went to the dealership on Sept 2, 2015 for service on my vehicle. While there If I could rate this dealership it would be with a zero. Let me start I went to the dealership on Sept 2, 2015 for service on my vehicle. While there a salesmen named Chan approached and asked if I wanted to trade in my 2010 Dodge Charger. I advised him that my credit was not good, but after talking I agreed to try. We went inside after looking at a 2016 Chrysler 200. Chan pulled my credit and asked if I had someone whom could go on the loan with me. I was introduced to George who said he was the Finance Manager and that my car was worth about $1,500 I called my husband and he agreed after giving Chan and George the information they pulled my husbands credit. George came back into the office and asked when was my husband going to be back in town because they would need to trade the 2014 Dodge Charger in for the deal to go through I told him on Thursday. My husband and I went back to the dealership on Thursday and we test drove a Charger, and a Dodge Ram Truck which I found online that had a huge rebate. Now George tells my husband that he already has us approved for my car which is the Chrysler 200 and the payments would be 380.00 a month. George tells us that we need to come back because his girl Lisa at Allied or Alliance Bank was not in and he only needed a couple of thousand dollars to get my husband the truck and that it would knock off the negative money .On Monday of the next week went back to the dealership and George tells us once again another lie he stated he had been trying to reach Lisa but she wasn't answering. He called my husband into the office and showed him that one the computer he was approved for 30,000 dollars and showed him something about the approval for the Chrysler. George told him that his payment was going to be $689-699 a month he only needed a couple thousand more. While talking to George he said worse case is that my husband would have to stick with the Charger but he would try to get more money. George told us not to come back until he called us. On Wednesday Sept 9 we get a call saying for us to come back on Friday to the dealership. On Friday we get to the dealership and George or Chan where not there and we had an appointment to meet with both of them. My husband called Chan since George did not answer his phone. Chan tells us that he can't go over George's head because he was a manager to come back on Sunday. This is not how business is handled they wasted 2 weeks of our time. How can you tell someone that they are approved and not deliver? Fast forward we went to the Landmark in Morrow on Sunday Sept 13 to be given the truth by the salesmen Shaun. He pulled our info and came back with the truth our credit had not been ran by George or Chan and that we were not approved for a car. Shaun told us that we needed money down. This has left me with a bad taste for the Dodge dealership. Don't ever go to the Landmark in Chamblee Doraville. I have never been taken through this much when purchasing a car. More
Poor Car Buying Experience I saw a vehicle listed online for a good price so I contacted the dealer. The rep (Michael Bernard) was helpful through out the process. They would no I saw a vehicle listed online for a good price so I contacted the dealer. The rep (Michael Bernard) was helpful through out the process. They would not do a sight unseen appraisal so I drove the two hours to have them appraise my trade and drive their car. The car was as described but the trade in was $7,000 less than the rest of the dealers in the same area (or any other dealer I went to). So I left. They contacted me a week later and increased the trade by $3K but I wouldn't make the deal. Finally they called back with an acceptable deal. Once I arrived at the dealer, the manager said I owed them $17.50 because my trucks pay off wasn't what they thought. I said no and left. They finally called back and accepted the offer. Now 1.5 months later, I just got my title and can start registering it since they won't do it for me (first dealer ever not to do it). They put the wrong address on my paperwork since I am an out of state resident and they sent it to Texas. Also the vehicle had a bad clutch and when I took it too my local dealer they said this is something the dealer that sold it should know noticed. I don't recommend them at all. More
Never buy from here I have spent more time going back and forth with this dealership then I have driving the actual car. Most people would think that a dealership wou I have spent more time going back and forth with this dealership then I have driving the actual car. Most people would think that a dealership would be professional, curtious, organized and respectful. I have had to visit the dealership 7 times in three weeks since purchasing the car because the dealership couldn't provide me with a valid tag (and I was even forced to drive with an expired one) even though I visited the dealership each of the three days before to resolve. I have had to visit to change a flat tire and now my nav system doesn't work. I am spending $55k on this Jeep Grande and the only thing I get from the dealership is 'I understand'. If you value both your time and money I would suggest this is not the place for you. For the readers interest I have provided the dealership ample opportunity to correct the repeated difficulties and have even been told that I am being 'extremely patient' from both the dealership staff and my colleagues. Given my situation this review is MORE then fair. More

Do NOT purchase from this dealer My salesman was Sam. While he was a nice guy his follow up was terrible. The dealership was supposed to install a sunroof for me which they promised would take a day and they would schedule it. This did not happen, two weeks went by without a single call. I called and left messages for the salesman with no calls back. I finally had to go up there and make a big fuss about it and get the general manager involved. At first impression the general manager, Brian Donaghue could care less what the issues were and that I was promised things that were not fulfilled, as well as given attitude and poor customer service. Once I made a huge fuss to him regarding his lack of care he seemed to want to fix the situation. I thought for sure everything was being handled and I would have no issues- I was wrong. I then find out this dealer did not submit my information in order to get a tag for the vehicle. At this point their temporary tag I was given expired and I was driving around with an expired tag. I moved to Ohio, so at this point I was trying to tag the vehicle here however the title information still was not sent even though I was told it was. I purchased my vehicle at the end of May it is now almost August, I still have no tag. While looking over my contract today, I realized not only was my title information never sent over, but to top it off the dealership put the incorrect VIN all over my contract. Also my vehicle is still listed as available on their website. I contacted Mr. Donaghue to fix the VIN issue, to which he was very to rude to me about, as I was asking to see the invoice (sticker tag) for the VIN on my paperwork to make sure there were no other mix ups. He informed me that he was in meetings and would handle it when he was finished-- with no sense of urgency. I do not like writing poor reviews but this was necessary. Please save yourself the headache and go elsewhere. This dealership is unorganized and has poor customer service. Which I find very surprising as they just opened. They will wow you to get you in the door but beware of the catastrophe you are about to get yourself into. More
