very bad service experience Had my Dodge Durango in for service, in addition they performed an air bag recall service. When they did they broke my horn switch in the steering whe Had my Dodge Durango in for service, in addition they performed an air bag recall service. When they did they broke my horn switch in the steering wheel. They won't fix it. They just keep telling me they will order the part, but it never comes in. I never encountered a dealer so disloyal and unprofessional to their customers. I guess they have so much business from the TV commercial they don't care about repeat business. More
