The first time after waiting hours and hours for an oil change and a refill of the diesel exhaust fluid- I got home to realize they did not fill the diesel exhaust fluid, but I didn't feel like going back and waiting additional hours. The second time I dropped the car off to find out why the check engine light was on and 4 hours later they still hadn't looked at the car and nor did they know when they might be able to...worse, they weren't willing to give me a day or time that I could make an appointment to have it looked at. There are far better service departments that service Jeeps. I recommend finding one of those. More

I never encountered a dealer so disloyal and unprofessional to their customers. I guess they have so much business from the TV commercial they don't care about repeat business. More
