They don't make appointments so it's basically first come first serve and everyone wait around. The first time after waiting hours and hours for an oil change and a refill of the diesel exhaust fluid- I got home to realize they did not fill the diesel exhaust fluid, but I didn't feel like going back and waiting additional hours. The second time I dropped the car off to find out why the check engine light was on and 4 hours later they still hadn't looked at the car and nor did they know when they might be able to...worse, they weren't willing to give me a day or time that I could make an appointment to have it looked at. There are far better service departments that service Jeeps. I recommend finding one of those. More

When they did they broke my horn switch in the steering wheel. They won't fix it. They just keep telling me they will order the part, but it never comes in. I never encountered a dealer so disloyal and unprofessional to their customers. I guess they have so much business from the TV commercial they don't care about repeat business. More
