Unprofessional This particular location is very unprofessional. This was the first time i have actually contacted these people in regards to a part i was looking for This particular location is very unprofessional. This was the first time i have actually contacted these people in regards to a part i was looking for. I called them this morning and i had to call 6 times and was transferred 7 and even asked for a manager(which i did not speak with). These people did not answer the phone each time i got transferred. I could not check on a part. The people that answered the phone ALL 6 times i called, were very unprofessional and seemed completely annoyed that i continued to call back. I will NEVER recommend this company to anyone that i know. More

I give this Landmark dealership very high marks for professionalism, courtesy, and very reasonable pricing. I had done a lot of research on features and prices prior to my search and this allowed me to narrow down the dealer choice quickly. All of the employees I met at Landmark were friendly and positive. I never felt pressured or that it was me against them. I had intended to pay cash for the car and self-finance but the loan rate they offered me was much less than I could get elsewhere. I was particularly pleased with the sales representative I worked with, James Latner, and would recommend him as a person to contact there. More
