Awesome Experience!! I normally don't write reviews but after working with the guys at Landmark, I had to give them a shout out. My wife and I were online shopping for a v I normally don't write reviews but after working with the guys at Landmark, I had to give them a shout out. My wife and I were online shopping for a vehicle. I put an inquiry in on there site and John Q called me almost right away. He was very knowledgeable and point us to the vehicle of our dreams. Once we got to the dealership Austin was a pleasure to work with. We were amazed how fast we were able to get everything done! Awesome job all around! More

Unprofessional This particular location is very unprofessional. This was the first time i have actually contacted these people in regards to a part i was looking for This particular location is very unprofessional. This was the first time i have actually contacted these people in regards to a part i was looking for. I called them this morning and i had to call 6 times and was transferred 7 and even asked for a manager(which i did not speak with). These people did not answer the phone each time i got transferred. I could not check on a part. The people that answered the phone ALL 6 times i called, were very unprofessional and seemed completely annoyed that i continued to call back. I will NEVER recommend this company to anyone that i know. More

the worst every The worst ever. If it were up to this Dealership if I were to ever purchase a Chrysler, Doge or Jeep, Ram again, I WOULD NEVER EVER BY THIS BRAND OF The worst ever. If it were up to this Dealership if I were to ever purchase a Chrysler, Doge or Jeep, Ram again, I WOULD NEVER EVER BY THIS BRAND OF VEHICLE. This Dealership is less that 2 miles from my house and I cannot take my vehicle there for any kind of service. I have told everyone that will listen do not purchase from them or take your vehicle there for service. and I did complain to the Manager who acted like I did something wrong by complaining. They need to get their act together. More
