Dear SRT_JEEP, We did not do the body repairs on the vehicle. It was repaired by another Company. In the accident the transmission on your vehicle was damaged. The independent body shop could not do this repair and it was sent to us. All repairs had to be authorized by your insurance company. A time delay was due to the insurance company requesting us to try a repair instead of replacing the part. When that didn't work it took additional time for them to authorize replacement, then parts could be ordered. We cannot move repairs of one customers vehicle in front of another who has been waiting longer. When the work was approved and the parts arrived we had two technicians work non stop for two and 1/2 days to replace your transmission when it was in line to be done. We do focus on one repair when it is authorized for payment, parts available and it's in turn. . We gave you a loaner vehicle at no charge as your insurance company refused to do so. We do have a very busy Service Department and try our best to accommodate each customer as they are all important to us but cannot place you in front of others who have been waiting longer. You requested compensation. We do not pay anyone other than fixing their vehicle as fast and as good as we possibly can. We hope your vehicle is running great and you enjoy it for many years. We apologize for your frustration and thank you for your business,

The bodywork was done by the shop your service manager recommended. Submitted it not, you're responsible for delivering the results because you work in this industry and know how to get it done. At some point you need to take ownership of the process and accept that there's a better way to do business. I hope you figure that out what that is before disappointing more customers.
