Really Poor Service Last year, I bought a new 2015 Jeep Cherokee for my son. Last Friday, with only 11,000 miles, the car broke down and stranded my son. The service depa Last year, I bought a new 2015 Jeep Cherokee for my son. Last Friday, with only 11,000 miles, the car broke down and stranded my son. The service department said it would be several days before they could even look at it. When I raised concerns over the timeline, they suggested I take it to another dealer. They also said I should have bought an extended warranty to cover a rental car. I told them I didn't expect a new car would be out of service over a week. They have now had my car 9 days and I haven't been told a diagnosis or timeframe. I have called numerous times the last couple days and can't get a live person on the phone or a returned call. I would not recommend a Jeep or Landmark's service department. More
