Fantastic Service I was trying to trade in my old vehicle and purchase something a little larger on a pretty tight budget. After being told at three different dealershi I was trying to trade in my old vehicle and purchase something a little larger on a pretty tight budget. After being told at three different dealerships that it would not be possible, James Latner at Landmark made it happen. He was able to work with me on the price of the vehicle, the terms of the loan, and the value of my trade-in until we came in right around my quoted monthly budget. Where I was told by multiple sales people at other deanships that this wouldn't be possible with a new or used car, I drove out of Landmark last night in a brand new 2016 Jeep Patriot, and I couldn't be happier. Service Department Shawn was absolutely amazing! I left my Jeep in for service over the weekend while out of town. Not only did Shawn take me home, but also picked me Shawn was absolutely amazing! I left my Jeep in for service over the weekend while out of town. Not only did Shawn take me home, but also picked me up from the airport and brought me back to my car for pick up. He was very communicative through the whole process and I couldn't be more pleased. I can't thank him enough!!! More

Deceptive and Dishonest I was in Atlanta at a conference and as I was getting on the highway for the 500 mile drive home my transmission would not shift gears upon accelerati I was in Atlanta at a conference and as I was getting on the highway for the 500 mile drive home my transmission would not shift gears upon acceleration and I was told to get it to the nearest dealership which unfortunately was Landmark. It was a Saturday and they could not look at my car until Monday so they secured a rental car for me. I had to drive home because I care for my mother with Alzheimers and I only had care for her until that night. When I left Atlanta I had no idea it would be 80 days until I saw my car again and that it wouldn't be repaired. This dealership is impossible to reach - if someone actually answers the phone you get transferred and if you get voicemail they will never call you back. Ultimately I was told by Wes I was getting a new transmission which was also reiterated by Shawn the Service Manager. To make a very long story short - my car gets back home on day 80 and a week later it is back in the shop. I am now told I never got a new transmission or even a "rebuilt" transmission. They did a basic repair knowing it would not work. Had I tried to drive the car home from Atlanta I would not have made it 200 miles and could have been injured or killed on the highway. I was lied to repeatedly. I have already spoken to a lawyer and I will most definitely be contacting the Attorney General and BBB. Absolutely unprofessional and appalling doesn't begin to cover it. More
