The service rep was nice, but the service takes forever. Our Fiat 500L was having issues with the front driver's side door. It required a few parts to be ordered, which takes time of course. The issue is that the actual work took days and days. The issue apparently is that the dealership has only one guy who can work on Fiats. Seems a little dumb to have only one. What if he gets sick? What if there are 5 Fiats needing service? The answer... you wait and wait. Our service rep was very apologetic, but it wasn't his fault. More

Difficulty reaching anyone I have purchased 2 cars from this location. The prices are great however since my last purchase I have been trying to get in touch with the finance de I have purchased 2 cars from this location. The prices are great however since my last purchase I have been trying to get in touch with the finance department for MONTHS to get a copy of my warranty info because my transmission is slipping and needs to be fixed . They NEVER answer the phone or return calls and their mailbox for voicemails is full. They seem to only care when you are purchasing the cars after however.... I haven't been pleased. More

Fantastic Service I was trying to trade in my old vehicle and purchase something a little larger on a pretty tight budget. After being told at three different dealershi I was trying to trade in my old vehicle and purchase something a little larger on a pretty tight budget. After being told at three different dealerships that it would not be possible, James Latner at Landmark made it happen. He was able to work with me on the price of the vehicle, the terms of the loan, and the value of my trade-in until we came in right around my quoted monthly budget. Where I was told by multiple sales people at other deanships that this wouldn't be possible with a new or used car, I drove out of Landmark last night in a brand new 2016 Jeep Patriot, and I couldn't be happier. Service Department Shawn was absolutely amazing! I left my Jeep in for service over the weekend while out of town. Not only did Shawn take me home, but also picked me Shawn was absolutely amazing!
