The service rep was nice, but the service takes forever. Our Fiat 500L was having issues with the front driver's side door. It required a few parts to be ordered, which takes time of course. The issue is that the actual work took days and days. The issue apparently is that the dealership has only one guy who can work on Fiats. Seems a little dumb to have only one. What if he gets sick? What if there are 5 Fiats needing service? The answer... you wait and wait. Our service rep was very apologetic, but it wasn't his fault. More

Difficulty reaching anyone I have purchased 2 cars from this location. They NEVER answer the phone or return calls and their mailbox for voicemails is full. They seem to only care when you are purchasing the cars after however.... I haven't been pleased. More
