Very poor communication Called about a Jeep Wrangler they had advertised on Saturday 9-30-17. Stayed in communication with the dealer the rest of the night and all morning on Sunday 10-1-17, even up to the minute I was leaving my home witch is an hour and half from them. The whole time I was told everything was good and ready for me. I get there and they had already sold the Jeep without a phone call to say sorry we sold it but instead come on everything is good to go. More

Bad service I made an appointment online to have my check engine serviced after one year of buying the car from this dealership. The appointment was for Monday at I made an appointment online to have my check engine serviced after one year of buying the car from this dealership. The appointment was for Monday at 7am.. I brought the car and was told that it will take three days to just do the diagnostic ???? What is the use of an appointment if your car is just intaked and just sitting three days. I leave out the country on Friday and was hoping to have an ideal the cost of repairs Or have them completed. Called on phone and put on hold for 20 mins. More

However, much to my surprise, our visit and subsequent purchase of a Jeep Patriot was a most enjoyable experience thanks to Monica our sales person. Monica took the time to listen to what we wanted. She was very knowledgeable as well as personable. Once we had settled on a model, Monica worked out the numbers and got us the deal we were looking for price wise. The entire experience and staff were the height of professionalism, courtesy and respect.
