greatest car buying experience ever I stopped by this dealer on the way home from work and I was glad I did. I was interested in purchasing a charger hellcat. A salesmen by the name of M I stopped by this dealer on the way home from work and I was glad I did. I was interested in purchasing a charger hellcat. A salesmen by the name of Mike Thompson assisted me in doing so. His customer service skills was off the chart incredibly good. He gave me a good deal on one particular car but I didn’t like the color even though it was a extremely good deal he didn’t push the issue just trying to make a sale like most salesman would do. He had real patience and really made me comfortable the time I was there so I told him what I was interested in and he located it at another one of there locations and it was a done deal he made it happen. When I received delivery of my Hellcat he went over the entire car from bumper to bumper showing me all the bells and whistles the car has to offer. It took about an hour but I must say it was well worth it. The bottom line Mike made my buying experience a breeze and if you plan on buying at this location I recommend Mike Thompson to assist you. More

iNCOMPETENT DEALERSHIP DON’T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP!!!! We bought a truck from this dealership on September 25, 2017 everyone at the dealership was nice but no DON’T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP!!!! We bought a truck from this dealership on September 25, 2017 everyone at the dealership was nice but now we have this problem. We live in TN we offered twice to register and pay the taxes in TN ourselves but they said they would take care of it. It is now November 9, 2017 and they still have not sent the $1126.68 to the State of TN so that we can get tags. Nor will they provide another temporary tag. Can’t drive the truck if you don’t have tags, if you pay a company to pay taxes and they don’t pay it that is Fraud. Don’t do business with this dealership More

Stayed in communication with the dealer the rest of the night and all morning on Sunday 10-1-17, even up to the minute I was leaving my home witch is an hour and half from them. The whole time I was told everything was good and ready for me. I get there and they had already sold the Jeep without a phone call to say sorry we sold it but instead come on everything is good to go. More

Bad service I made an appointment online to have my check engine serviced after one year of buying the car from this dealership. I brought the car and was told that it will take three days to just do the diagnostic ???? What is the use of an appointment if your car is just intaked and just sitting three days. I leave out the country on Friday and was hoping to have an ideal the cost of repairs Or have them completed. Called on phone and put on hold for 20 mins. More
