This dealership seems to struggle with everything.. I brought my truck in for service. I made an appointment prior and was told drop off was a 5 minute process and a loaner would be ready. They could not find everything in 150% of the time specified. Promised to order the part and never called me back to get the truck back in At the same time I ordered something from parts. Never heard from them for 4 weeks and then when called they said they lost my number. All of this would be fine but after the way I heard them year a female customer I won't be back. More

After showing up early for the appointment due to my work schedule, I was told that nobody really knows how to diagnose electrical/computer issues of this type, but they’d take a look at it for a diagnostic fee which I thought was fair. Unfortunately days later they had not even taken the car in to look at it so I picked it up and brought it home untouched. The car has only 45k miles but is no longer a reliably convertible convertible. The reaction of the service department was essentially ‘meh, too bad so sad.’ I can’t rate service or price since after 5 days neither is applicable. More

Terrible Experience I am so shocked by the lack of professionalism the employees at this dealership have. My initial interaction with salesperson Jarred Perkins was a pos I am so shocked by the lack of professionalism the employees at this dealership have. My initial interaction with salesperson Jarred Perkins was a positive one. He answered my questions & even showed me the vehicle's without question but as the deal progressed & didn't go the way either of us wanted he became impatient & seemed uninterested in selling a vehicle. We were then introduced to a "manager" who was trying to play games. At this point we were there after they had closed & were clearly serious about purchasing a vehicle. Knowing that I knew exactly what he was doing because I did his job for plenty of years he continued to play games. I became frustrated & decided to leave. After leaving I sent Jarred Perkins an email stating that they gave us one number before coming in & tried to pay us when we got there. He replied the next day saying that his manager was willing to honor that same deal. I let him know we had already finalized a deal at another location. Thinking things were settled & I wouldn't have to think about this experience again. Jarred Perkins decided to be extra professional & email me saying "Send pictures lol -Jarred Perkins." I would NEVER recommend anyone to purchase nor service their vehicles at this location. I worked for the Jeep brand myself & would never have an interaction like this one. More
Excellent Sales Support Both Nate and Josh provided excellent support throughout the entire process. Most of the work with Nate was on the phone on Friday before coming down Both Nate and Josh provided excellent support throughout the entire process. Most of the work with Nate was on the phone on Friday before coming down on Saturday. Josh picked up where Nate left off and worked with me through the whole process. I do think the DOC fees are too high and really should be included in the advertised price of the vehicle. More
Bad buying and service. But contacted me trying to fix it. I had a bad experience at the beginning with my purchase. The Jeep renegade I bought had issues with the sunroof and they had to replace it. Good Management/Dodge Challenger I had an issue with my vehicle and Management went above and beyond to make sure that this was taken care of ASAP!! I thought that the maintenance wou I had an issue with my vehicle and Management went above and beyond to make sure that this was taken care of ASAP!! I thought that the maintenance would take a few days at best and I was prepared to be without my vehicle but was called in the afternoon after I dropped off the vehicle that morning. Management informed me that the major part to my motor would be replaced and I would be able to pick up my vehicle the following afternoon.....I was called that next morning and informed that a technician had completed the work and tested the vehicle and I stopped by midday and picked up my vehicle. More
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, THE OLD BAIT AND SWITCH Walked onto the car lot on 3/17/18. We were doing a trade in. I told the salesperson what vehicle i wanted and which features. I was trading in my older 2012 dodge durango crew. She sold me on a 2018 dodge durango gt with all the features. Ive had the truck since that day. I went with my car insurance agent today to switch insurance providers and he noticed the VIN on the truck im driving and the vin on the dealerships paperwork did not match. I was confused and immediately contacted the dealership who tells me it is ultimately my fault and i shouldnt be driving this truck, then mike orcutt proceeds to tell me the truck im in is worth $15000 more and that i can pay the $15000 more or he'll request my trade in back from the auction block and just bring it back to me and pick up the truck ive had for nearly 2 months. He non chalnatly states "Well you dont want the truck thats on your paperwork, its too basic for your wants so ill just get your old truck back from the auction block and scrub the whole deal" ....I then receive a call from my insurance agent who tells me that my plates are suspended due to the dealership submitting the paperwork and VIN number for a truck that isnt insured meanwhile ive been paying progressive insurance faithfully for the truck im driving. I now owe the state of GA a fine for a lapse in insurance and now have points on my license. Mr Mike Orcutt didnt offer as much as an apology for this situation, basically called me a liar as if id somehow taken a car that wasnt driven right to me and that i was handed the keys for. This sincerely feels like a bait and switch, they sell me on a higher price truck enticing me with a lower price then basically force me into paying more for what i thougt id purchased originally or threaten me with "just take your old truck back then" More
