Worst experience ever First I want to make clear that this opinion is for the services department,the people here are not friendly This opinion is based on two visits, t First I want to make clear that this opinion is for the services department,the people here are not friendly This opinion is based on two visits, the first was an oil change for which I had to wait almost 4 hours although I had been told it would be done in 1h. The second visit was last Saturday. I have a Dodge that I bought at Troncalli almost 4 years ago but As I moved to Atlanta I have been doing the oil changes and tire rotations at Landmark. One of my tires got flat and I do not have the Lock nut to remove the safety screw, the rotation of my tires has been taken by these guys who on Saturday told me that their key was broken and when I told them that if there were any way to help me they told me they would call me in a few minutes. They called two hours later to tell me that the nut was damaged and that I would have to pay 472 dollars to get the nut out and that with this labor the wheel rim would be damaged and they would replace it, all for a value of 916 dollars plus the price of a new wheel. Thanks Hendrick Chrysler Duluth for having my car ready in 5 min and free! More

Within minutes I had an email in my inbox from Steve P, who was happy to exchange information back and forth with me until I could make it in to the dealer after the holidays. Once I arrived, he was waiting at the door, ready to greet me and get to work finding me the right vehicle and making it work financially. Truly amazing service — my husband was thrilled (they let me take one of those awesome car bows, too!) and I couldn’t be happier. Now both my vehicles are from Landmark and I have zero regrets. More
