Much worse than what I expected. A line of 10-12 customers were waiting while only two people were behind the reception desks. The third one was “taking phone calls” only and didn’t help a bit. The finance manager was extremely quick and to the point which was what we needed as there was no financing involved. The Bad: The vehicle wasn’t ready The appointment had been set up for days and we had to wait over 2 hours for the vehicle to be serviced and ready to roll.... well at least roll the first 85 miles which is how far we would have gotten with the gas that was in it. With Very little communication and no attempt to justify the situation... it just made for a really long day and could have been easily avoided. More

I found that Landmark had exactly what I was looking for. I pulled in the parking lot at 7:30 and 1 hr after they had closed I left with the best deal on a 2019 rubicon. Lexi,Luc,Daryl and Mike all worked together to ensure I was happy. I will be the first to admit that I am a very difficult customer. I know what I want and don’t compromise so it makes it difficult so these guys deserve a medal. If you are in the market for a car you owe it to yourself to let these guys give you a second look. I promise you won’t regret it. More
