I found that Landmark had exactly what I was looking for. I pulled in the parking lot at 7:30 and 1 hr after they had closed I left with the best deal on a 2019 rubicon. Lexi,Luc,Daryl and Mike all worked together to ensure I was happy. I will be the first to admit that I am a very difficult customer. I know what I want and don’t compromise so it makes it difficult so these guys deserve a medal. If you are in the market for a car you owe it to yourself to let these guys give you a second look. I promise you won’t regret it. More

Bad Experience To Whom it may concern, I purchased this 2016 Audi A4 from the Landmark Atlanta dealership. My experience was not the best. This vehicle was purcha To Whom it may concern, I purchased this 2016 Audi A4 from the Landmark Atlanta dealership. My experience was not the best. This vehicle was purchased around the second week of July we are still in the process of finishing this deal NOW! The financial services have giving me the run-around, although I had a great salesman named Dion, and to not forget the person who referred me to purchase this nice sedan, who hasn’t received the referral yet. My experience with the finance manager is somewhat dissatisfied. I live in another state (Charlotte) my Cosigner reside in another state (Maryland). They were to send these first set of documents to be signed by the Cosigner. I arrived at the dealership the second week of July to sign my documents and the amount was totally wrong. After, correcting the deal and agreeing to the internet price, with a hand shake no money down, new paperwork was sent to the cosigner for signature and GAP Insurance added to vehicle. Sorry, the second set of documents. NOW! $500.00 dollars, down payment is required. This was not told to me at the 1st signing. Now, Landmark finance department is requiring $500.00 on July 30th for the down payment and another payment in the amount of $500.00 is due on the 15th of the August on the loan. Not having a down payment is what made the deal appealing. After driving this vehicle for three weeks, I feel unrewarded and dissatisfied right now. I’m looking at driving this automobile back to Atlanta from Charlotte. More
A total Nightmare :( Please read :( --- I would give a zero if possible. Unfortunately, I left this dealership very very very unhappy and in distress. My husband and I go Please read :( --- I would give a zero if possible. Unfortunately, I left this dealership very very very unhappy and in distress. My husband and I got a truck a month ago on June 28th, so we decided to come back to buy me an "everyday" car. We came to INQUIRE about a car, not to purchase, but we were open to buy IF we found what we needed. The first major issue I have is on June 28th when purchasing the truck I instructed the sales representative to only run my credit 1-3 times, and if the first three banks decline me, then to please not proceed. I said it at least 3 times. They ran my credit 7 times. I was furious and I am now working to fix the issue. I spoke with the sales rep and he said he would give me the documentation to help get the inaccurate inquiries removed. So after speaking with him and he attempted to fix the issue, we went back for the possibility of a second car. We saw a jeep that we liked, we ONLY asked about the price. We didn't even test drive it. So then, while getting the pricing information, WITHOUT my permission the sales rep and finance manager ran my credit 2 more times. I NEVER gave them my ID, I never gave them my social security number again. I never even told them my salary. They used my prior information from when we bought the Durango on June 28th, this day was now on July 21st. The only reason the sales rep knew who I was, was because I verbally told him my name. So this frightened me because this meant they could run my credit whenever they felt like it because they had my information. Again, I was extremely upset and on the verge of tears. I now had 8 unauthorized inquiries on my credit, yes I know they can be removed but we were planning to use our credit for other necessary purchases within the next few weeks and will now have to wait until they are removed, which is putting us in a bind. When I expressed the issue, the finance manager and staff said there was nothing they could do and the finance mgr said he didn't hear the sales rep tell them to not run my credit, the sales rep said he told him not to. They literally went back and forth. And Finally, the finance mgr said: "well your credit score will only go down 1 point." I honestly lost it. I understand that sales are important, but I was ready to be a lifetime customer even after the first mistakes, but now I just want to tell my story so others are informed and aware. To Landmark: Please be mindful that you running my credit as many times as needed to get a sale and meet your quota will now have me without certain NEEDS until its fixed. Which may take 1-2 months. I ask that you please don't let this happen to anyone else, it's truly a nightmare. More
No one seems to care If I could give this zero stars I would. This place is the definition of the ole bait and switch. I was excited at first to buy my new car and then If I could give this zero stars I would. This place is the definition of the ole bait and switch. I was excited at first to buy my new car and then the nickel and diming began. I was actually penalized because I got a lower rate of financing then they offered. First they reduced a rebate $1000 because I received a lower rate of financing. They didn’t tell me. I was told my list price was $35k, saving “$9k” and then they added close to $5k with out telling me. Granted I should of checked and double checked everything but the snails pace exhausted me. They added gap insurance without asking me. It was never once spoken about. They added a vehicle protection program with out asking me. Those two alone increased the value of $3500. This is only the beginning. Basically no one seems to care. The service department is a whole different type of horrible. My car had 43 miles on it when I got it. I noticed the trunk liner had kinda popped out a little...i figured this was just a little issue that could be fixed quickly. I was wrong. There is zero communication between the service department. I am almost 100% sure the first time I took it in they never did anything and they had my car for 3 days. The level of professionalism doesn’t exist here and if I could redo it all over again I would never step foot in this dealership. More
