Service Took my newly purchased Ram 1500 in for a recall adjustment. Took only a few minutes but i showed the Service Manager a dent that I discovered when Took my newly purchased Ram 1500 in for a recall adjustment. Much worse than what I expected. A line of 10-12 customers were waiting while only two people were behind the reception desks. The third one was “taking phone calls” only and didn’t help a bit. The finance manager was extremely quick and to the point which was what we needed as there was no financing involved. The Bad: The vehicle wasn’t ready The appointment had been set up for days and we had to wait over 2 hours for the vehicle to be serviced and ready to roll.... well at least roll the first 85 miles which is how far we would have gotten with the gas that was in it. With Very little communication and no attempt to justify the situation... it just made for a really long day and could have been easily avoided. More
