They took my nearly brand new car in for service at 7am to look at my air conditioner which was working almost perfectly. When they returned my car to me at 7pm, 12 full hours later, they had effectively broken my air conditioning, making it make loud sounds and blow only hot air, and not fixing the issue for which I had brought it in. I spoke with the GM Mike Orcutt, who could not have been ruder. He blamed me for buying a Jeep from another dealership, despite the fact that all Jeep dealers repair all Jeeps under warranty. Do not take your cars to this dealership for service. I should've read the reviews here online before going to this half-rate dealership. Stay away. More

I went in on a Saturday to test drive my 2 choices. My sells person Dion Alford was very patient. He demonstrated the options in the Jeep. I had questions on the Sahara and the Rubicon he was very detaile sells person Dion Alford was very patient. He demonstrated the options in the Jeep. Service Took my newly purchased Ram 1500 in for a recall adjustment. Took only a few minutes but i showed the Service Manager a dent that I discovered when Took my newly purchased Ram 1500 in for a recall adjustment. Took only a few minutes but i showed the Service Manager a dent that I discovered when i got my truck home. 30 minutes later, fixed! Clean, perfect, like it never existed. All while i waited maybe 45 minutes in all. Great Service and I will be back. More
The general Manager comes out making false accusations without having the hint of what the discussion was about. Never bothers to apologize for his misunderstanding. Much worse than what I expected. A line of 10-12 customers were waiting while only two people were behind the reception desks. The third one was “taking phone calls” only and didn’t help a bit. Lexi was fantastic to deal with, prompt with response to all questions and very helpful in setting up a out of state purchase. The finance manager was extremely quick and to the point which was what we needed as there was no financing involved. The Bad: The vehicle wasn’t ready The appointment had been set up for days and we had to wait over 2 hours for the vehicle to be serviced and ready to roll.... well at least roll the first 85 miles which is how far we would have gotten with the gas that was in it. With Very little communication and no attempt to justify the situation... it just made for a really long day and could have been easily avoided. More
