Mike, You purchased a used vehicle in Texas that has a history of A/C repairs and needs to be diagnosed and repaired properly, as your selling dealer did not do so. In order to do the job correctly, we offered to have a Master Certified Technician work on your vehicle. I am sorry this upset you but we should not be accountable for a repair done by an out of state dealer who sold you the Jeep 2 weeks ago. We can fix it for you so please reach out so we can assist you. Thank you

Complete lies. I brought the car to you with the A/C unit working perfectly fine, I just wanted to verify the temperature. You returned it to me with a completely broken A/C unit blowing hot air and sputtering and wheezing. I have the entire day's events audio and video recorded and yet you still lie. You absolutely should be held accountable for your destruction of my air conditioner. I emailed you and the "master certified technician" (who was not even working at your dealership the entire week I took my car in) 2 weeks ago for the documentation you state you have and you never responded. Due to your non-response, I'll now be filing complaints with the State AG's office, FCA US, and legal action may follow. Your business license in the State of Georgia and your dealership franchise should be revoked immediately. Your responses here blaming the customer for your own company's transgressions are the real problem. A complete lack of leadership and training from the top down. Despicable.

Mr. Dabbakuti, When you asked us to match another offer from a Dealership in Illinois you didn’t know what the offer was. We will be happy to accommodate you should you be able to supply us with the correct information. Our pricing is totally transparent, with a price that everyone can purchase for. Many other dealers include rebates that you don’t qualify for and require you to pay more to get the vehicle. This confuses many and we do not do this. We made you a very aggressive offer. Mr.Orcutt, let’s not side track from the issue. It is neither about the offer nor matching the price. It is about you accusing me of asking you to do something illegal. It was not Illinois, it was Virginia. That’s how the negotiations started (without me being able to supply the correct information), when the Manager got me the first deal you offered.
