Terrible service department!!! Took my 2019 Jeep in for a rattle in the sunroof. Left it there on a Friday and it didn’t get looked at until the following Thursday. I called several times and left message a rattle in the sunroof. Left it there on a Friday and it didn’t get looked at until the following Thursday. I called several times and left messages and sent texts. my service advisor never returned my calls!!! She finally called me on Thursday and told me they were looking at my car. Get a text over a week later saying car is ready. Go to pick it up and they want to charge me $600 for work that should be covered under my warranty. Car is worse than before!!! The side panel is popped out and won’t stay in. I now have some sort of glue on the fabric of the sunroof that won’t come off!!! I so wish I had not taken my car here!! I’m going to take it somewhere else to see if they can fix it. Also going to call BBB and corporate to complain. More
The worst service I have ever received! They took five days to even look at my Jeep. Latasha never returned a call. Every time I ask for the service manager, he was in a meeting. When I had a fit, the service manager called me back and said he was a technician who had been promoted, and he had to let his team learn! Really?! Not on my car, thank you. Then when Latasha called me back another day later, she said they were going to “try” to replace a part, but not sure if that was it….WHAT? Oh and the part wouldn’t be in for another week or so. Oh my word! I’ll take it somewhere else. Oh, but not after they charged me for a diagnosis. What did you diagnose??? Horrible Horrible Horrible. A sever downgrade in your service department. More

This was on a Friday and I couldn't get anyone to tell me if my vehicle was ready or not. I finally just drove out there and found the advisor was gone for the day by then. Fortunately, they had my paperwork at the cashier counter and I was able to get my keys and find my vehicle and go. What a horrible way to treat customers. I going to another dealer this time and driving extra miles to avoid this place. More
I was help by to both Brandon originally who was amazing and he was diligent about finding the vehicle that I wanted for the price that I wanted before I even stepped one foot on the property. Horrible service department. Car has been there almost 3 months waiting on prepaid parts. Service never answers the phone and if u leave a message they never call back. Horrible Service!!!!No communication, just empty promises. Never call back but promise to do that time after time. Can’t fix air conditioning problems on brand new vehicles (still blowing hot air despite being told the problem was “fixed” 3 days prior.
