Jameel was absolutely wonderful. He kept me informed on when the 2022 Jeep was coming in and I was literally there the next day. This was such a great experience and I’m truly appreciative. Worst dealership ever. Nobody will call you about your car even if you leave a message. My car has typically been there for multiple weeks to get repairs done. Service is poor and unreliable. Not long after, some indicator lights came on and the jeep stopped driving well. I took it in to this dealership right away and the service guy, who was great at the time, said they would check it out right away. He didn’t think I would get the car back that day but probably the next day it would be ready. A couple days later they called my husband. One of the first things they asked was if his wife knew how to drive a stick shift car (side note: we found this sexist. Also, I have been driving a stick shift car with no problems for almost 30 years). My husband and I did some research and it turns out this is a known issue - the clutch frying due to a software glitch. There is an active recall on it. But the dealership never brought this up until we found it out ourselves. We are now three plus weeks into this debacle. We have no car and no rental car. We are getting few responses to our inquiries as to when we have our car back from either the dealership or jeep’s 1-800 number. Both entities blame each other. Neither gets us our car or an answer. The dealer’s average response time to our calls is about three days. We have asked for a tracking number for our part but they won’t provide us with that. We have asked to pay ourselves to expedite the shipping to get it done sooner. They won’t do that. The Incredibly condescending service manager for the dealership said “as an act of goodwill” he will fix the car (ummm, thanks I guess?) but don’t expect a rental. Between my husband and I, we have had 8 Jeeps. I can’t imagine getting another one though, after all this. The service experience has been horrendous, the communication unconscionable. More
Worst experience of my life. I bought a brand new car from this dealership. I pre-ordered this car, waited 3 months to get it, and as I was about to drive it off the lot was handed a rag and was told the from this dealership. I pre-ordered this car, waited 3 months to get it, and as I was about to drive it off the lot was handed a rag and was told the car was initially washed with the roof open and so there is water pouring out the passenger side corner and the leak should subside when the water finishes leaking. I brought the car home, thought I got all the water out, it rained a few days later and the leak got 10 times worse with white paint from my brand new car coming off with the water and getting all over the passenger seat, dashboard, door, and center consul technology. I brought this car back to the dealership and they took my car away and said they would fix it and let me know when it is done. Here is where the nightmare begins: I never received a single phone call from the service department (Tasha was my service lady) and had to call every single time to get any details, was hung up on a total of 4 times being placed on hold every time I called for upwards of 20 minutes, was withheld information later to find out they ordered the wrong part for my car, was told after a month of my car being there that the part had arrived and the specialist wasn’t scheduled to come in for another 2 weeks, when the specialist got there the part had been sitting in a box unpainted and he couldn’t do his job, the part was sent to the parts department for it to sit there another week before being painted. In total my car was in the service department for 2 MONTHS! I spoke with Darin Moser, the service manager who did not apologize one time for how the situation was being handled. My father and I both spoke with Michael Orcutt, the general manager, who also treated us the same way. I was told they were going to call me when the car was ready and the car would be washed with the white paint cleaned from the inside of my car. Was I called, NO. I had to call to find out my car was ready and when I went to pick it up, did anyone apologize, NO. Was my car washed, ABSOLUTELY NOT. My brand new car had been sitting under a tree and had tree sap all over it with white paint still all in the crevices of the interior. They should have restarted my SeriusXM radio free prescription since I lost 2 months, made sure the part was overnighted and had the job done in a week, and refund the extra $2000 warranty I paid for because of this nightmare. Was I even notified at least that my car was in a garage or covered since it had an extensive leak, NO. I am so appalled with how this situation was managed. I bought a brand new vehicle from this dealership and they treated the situation, me, my father, and my car like trash. I will say though, Jonathan Jackson, my dealer was more than understandings and really tried to do everything he could for me and I’m truly grateful because without him my car would probably still be there. Moral of the story here is: DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP FOR ANYTHING SERVICE RELATED MORE EXTENSIVE THAN AN OIL CHANGE. Michael Orcutt, I have read your responses on all the rest of the 1 star reviews and I just want you to know your responses are shameful. You know exactly what happened here and there is nothing you can say to dispute this. More
