Test drove a new Camaro on Friday and was pre-approved with my bank before I went there. I told the sales guy to send me the out the door price. Email came in followed by a call asking me to finance with with my bank before I went there. I told the sales guy to send me the out the door price. Talked to the sales manager at 9am next morning and had an appointment at 5pm to sign the paperwork and make it mine. At 4:08 I get a text from the sales manager saying a different sales guy sold it. I will not do any future business with you. if I needed to put a deposit to hold it you should have mentioned it. Pretty chicken xxxx thing to do. Couldn't even call or ask if you could help locate another. More

John was my Service Rep. He treated me as I would treat a customer. Took my 2018 Chevy Colorado in for an oil change and new windshield wipers.
