While sitting in the lobby waiting for my vehicle to be serviced, I noticed a middle-aged lady seemingly in distressed concerning her vehicle. After getting the attention of several staff members at no sat serviced, I noticed a middle-aged lady seemingly in distressed concerning her vehicle. After getting the attention of several staff members at no satisfaction, another staff member by the name of Jeff, came over to assist with kindness and compassion. I would rate lower if I could! The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I know 3 year olds who have better communication skills. Apparently they only have one mechanic that works on transmissions I have ever experienced. I know 3 year olds who have better communication skills. Apparently they only have one mechanic that works on transmissions and differentials, he was out sick for over two weeks one mechanic! Who operates like that? They NEVER called me to explain the situation, I had to call them even after I asked them to let me know what was going on, never happened. Tried contacting the service manager left several messages never ever made any attempt to contact me. I finally had to go and retrieve my vehicle no one ever apologized or even acknowledged there shortcomings. Can you imagine if you went to the airport ready to board but they guy who fuels your plane called in sick that day and there was no back up person to fuel your plane? Trip cancelled! How understanding would you be as to why are you operating your business like that? I went to the Cadillac dealership where they know what customer service is all about. NEVER TAKE YOUR VEHICLE THERE FOR REPAIR WORK! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Chris Pierce was worthless so was his supervisor! I was going to contact the GM but I already had enough after the other two idiots. I will be contacting corporate GM to let them know the ineptness of this particular dealership. More

Test drove a new Camaro on Friday and was pre-approved with my bank before I went there. I told the sales guy to send me the out the door price. Email came in followed by a call asking me to finance with with my bank before I went there. I told the sales guy to send me the out the door price. Email came in followed by a call asking me to finance with them instead. I agreed even though it was another hard hit on my credit. Talked to the sales manager at 9am next morning and had an appointment at 5pm to sign the paperwork and make it mine. At 4:08 I get a text from the sales manager saying a different sales guy sold it. I will not do any future business with you. if I needed to put a deposit to hold it you should have mentioned it. Pretty chicken xxxx thing to do. Couldn't even call or ask if you could help locate another. More
