Haley was helpful and very friendly. Her professional etiquette reflects greatly on the customer service department. The service team needs to find a way to duplicate her energy. I purchased a 2021 Dodge Durango, and within the first three months, the engine failed, leaving me stranded. After spending $800 on other parts, I learned the engine needed replacement. Fortunately, the S three months, the engine failed, leaving me stranded. After spending $800 on other parts, I learned the engine needed replacement. Fortunately, the SUV was covered under an extended warranty, and Dodge replaced the engine. I repeatedly asked why the engine failed but only received vague answers like "maybe the previous owner drove it hard." Fast forward a year and a month later, after moving to Destin, FL, the engine failed again. I paid $175 for a diagnostic, which led to a new engine recommendation. I had to pay for towing to a dealership in Ft. Walton, FL, only to be told the warranty was denied because the catalytic converter was the root cause of the failure. Now I need to replace the engine and catalytic converter, likely because the initial engine was installed with a faulty converter. The first engine failed at 70,000 miles, and now, at 108,000 miles, I face the same issue. There was also residue under the radiator cap, indicating someone used a block seal, further evidence this vehicle was a lemon. Additionally, poor headlight installation caused a $1,200 light to fail due to moisture. As a diabetic, I’m missing appointments, running out of medication, and struggling to care for my family. These companies seem to only care about money, not customers. Now, I owe $30,000 for a vehicle I’ve had for 20 months but could only drive for 16. It’s heartbreaking that this was the only option I was told I qualified for—a lemon. More
On September 20, my husband traded & bought a 2020 Dodge Ram. After driving the truck on the highway that weekend he realized it is not a good fit for him, on the morning of September 23 he called the lienh Ram. After driving the truck on the highway that weekend he realized it is not a good fit for him, on the morning of September 23 he called the lienholder to see if the deal had went through, they have no record of him so he spoke with a sales manager & was told they would not give him his trade back even though the deal had not went through. We understand it's at the dealerships discretion but I guess this dealership doesn't have morals or ethics because they're refusing to let him get out of this truck, even though it has only been 1 business day since he bought it. We have both tried multiple times this morning (Sept 23) to get in touch with the general manager, Weston and the phone just rings and rings and rings. This is not a way to run a dealership. More
