Friendly staff made the purchase smooth and where I wanted to be on the vehicle. Sales and financing were helpful and didn't push for upgrades just explained the options. I bought my son a 2018 GMC Sierra 1500 for $38,726. 12. I paid $10,000 down, purchase Gap for $1500, and a Service Contract for $4500. My Son had a heart attack 45 days later. I asked to return the truck because they knew I bought it for my son. They told me they would take the truck back, it had very few miles on it. WILL HARGROVE (the manager) is a big liar, I paid down $10,000 and my Service Contract $4500 and bought GAP and he said we was even. He told me I would receive my Service contract back. when CNA return $4,276 back he keep the money. I turn this truck in the day of my son funeral and was under distress after buried my son. I would not have made a deal like this. He told me I would get my Service Contract back $4,276, but they said they used it to pay off the remaining balance on the Truck. They have already sold his truck and waiting for a clear title to give me back $300. My only witness is my Uncle, who was here for my son funeral. I would never recommend this arrogant liar to anyone. I wanted to make my son happy while he waited for a heart, and I loss $15,000 in the process over a 45 day deal. More
