I took my truck in to get tires, pressure sensors, and alignment. After owning the truck for 8 years and taking meticulous care to ensure it stayed in good operation, the visit to the dealership cause irr alignment. After owning the truck for 8 years and taking meticulous care to ensure it stayed in good operation, the visit to the dealership cause irreparable damage to the chrome rims. Upon receiving the truck back, I found the chrome along the bead of the rims on all 4 tires was chipped due to gross mishandling of the wheels during dismounting of the tires. It's already inconvenient to have to go to a dealership to have work done, but I always viewed it as somewhat of an insurance policy for a Ford to have large jobs done at a dealership so it can be tracked through the app along with the mileage, but this visit cost me 1800 dollars for the work and likely 2k worth of damage that was avoidable if the tech had used some care in his work. They did a tire rotation I didn’t ask for. I was told by theservice writer he’d tell me if my recall was for my vehicle, never got that. Another person checked me out. $108+ for a change!!!!? Quick Lane option is the best way to have your car serviced for oil changes. I used “The Works” and had tires rotated with an oil change. Was in and out in under an hour. I was quoted 3 days until they could diagnose the issue. On day 3 Charles called to tell me it was ready to be picked up.
