I have been with Range River over 20 years. I have seen many changes. This is the worst I have experienced. I am only glad to have Victor Avalos still there. The phone system is horrible. I had to go to the dealership to get information about my car. I could not get through on the phone. To the new management: you can do better. Customer service is non existent. Be grateful you still have Victor. He tries to keep his customers satisfied! More

Scott has been consistently excellent, as has Vic every time I’ve had a question. So no negative comments about the Service dept. I haven’t dealt with Sales Dept. other than trying to get a hold of Liam time I’ve had a question. So no negative comments about the Service dept. Andre is always provides exceptional and high class service. Prior to my service appointment I had a warning light that came on which was concerning and I took my vehicle to the dealership at rebels if service.
