I had a scheduled appointment, and it took almost 4 hours for an oil change.
The manager was very helpful and courteous. I forgot his name if im not mistaken Mr. Mark,(Setvice mgr) his ofc is just beside the entrance from the service area.
The staff were nice, the service was great , especially kimberly was very knowledgeable and helpful
