Joe and his team go the extra mile to assure the customer is satisfied-amazing team effort. I had arrived late on a Friday night to see 2 vehicles that I saw on their website and the Salesman, Ralph, was good enough to stay and take the time to show me the vehicles and take a test ride when he that I saw on their website and the Salesman, Ralph, was good enough to stay and take the time to show me the vehicles and take a test ride when he actually could have said, "Sorry the dealership is closed." But he did NOT do that and I spent 2 hours there and ended up purchasing the Range Rover from him. When I picked the vehicle up and traded my vehicle in, the process and the people at Land Rover Winnetka could not have been nicer! I had been to a different dealer prior to this to test drive a Range Rover and was not treated anywhere near as well as I was at Winnetka with Ralph. I highly recommend you visit Land Rover Winnetka and see Ralph!! More
I have been coming to Land Rover Winnetka for the past 4 years to have my Range Rover Sports serviced there. In all of my visits, I have always been impressed with the professionalism, the friendliness, an years to have my Range Rover Sports serviced there. In all of my visits, I have always been impressed with the professionalism, the friendliness, and service I have received. Josh and Brian are excellent and were a major reason why I bought my last car from them. I know that the work will be done right, done on time, and I will be kept apprised of the status of any work done. I'd give the whole place an A+. More

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Brian Black and the service team at Land Rover Winnetka. I have been driving a Range Rover for over 10 years, and one of the main reasons I continue to buy Range and the service team at Land Rover Winnetka. I have been driving a Range Rover for over 10 years, and one of the main reasons I continue to buy Range Rovers is because of the incredible service I recieve at this location. Land Rover Winnetka goes above and beyond necessary customer service. They treat everyone that walks in there, including my 4 children, with respect and kindness. They are always available to answer any questions I have for them and are also very prompt in their service turnaround. More

When we got there, the car was in the back up on a hoist with no tires or rims so we couldn't test drive it.That's when we met Joe the Manager. We sat down with Ballard Holdren and Joe to discuss a deal and Joe offered it us for 1,000 below list and gave us a retail order form. We insisted on giving a deposit but they wouldn't accept one. ?? Strange ?? This is where everything started to seem VERY FISHY. They told us to come back Thursday but when we got there and after test driving it, Ballard again came up with some excuse to not sell us the car that day. Apparently it needed alignment. Again we insisted that this was the car we were buying and that we wanted to put a deposit down, but AGAIN Ballard insists that it wasn't necessary and promised the car was MINE and to come back tomorrow. So Friday we again pack the kids and go to the dealership. This is when we met Ed to finish the deal. He was SO EXTREMELY RUDE and behaved less like a car salesman and more like an UNEDUCATED BULLY. He was so unprofessional and DISRESPECTFUL. We walked out of there in disbelief. These types of characters shouldn't be working in customer service. More

Now, 8 years later I am ba service,ease,great employees and courteous! I had a Range Rover some years ago and then switched to another type of car. Now, 8 years later I am back in A Range Rover and was looking forward to the "treatment" I would get when coming in for service. Each person you have contact with is professional and helpful. No question I ask about the car (and I have asked some simple ones ie. where do I find the mileage) do they make you feel uncomfortable -actually the opposite. Can't say enough great things - honestly! More
