I called Ryan to let him know that we wanted to purchase a car we saw online, but I was conc This was the quickest and easiest car buying experience. I called Ryan to let him know that we wanted to purchase a car we saw online, but I was concerned about the 5 hour drive to Charleston. He immediately offered to meet us half way to complete the purchase. We were easily able to handle the preliminary paperwork by email and we simply had to sign the documents when we met a few hours later. It was so nice not sit and negotiate back and forth over the price of the vehicle. The online documents clearly stated the low price and it was easy to which optional packages were on the car. Ryan ensured that he followed up with us after the purchase. We have nothing but good things to say about Land Rover of Charleston! More

I recently moved to Augusta, GA and was disappointed to learn that LR Columbia wouldn't service my vehicle because of its age. Other than the distance, I'd rather Charlotte Land Rover continue to work on my Discovery anyway. I coordinated with your scheduler and Gary Buss ahead of time to ensure the work could be done in one day during a trip to Charlotte. Everything went smoothly! Thanks for the great service! More
Terrible Sales Experience While at the dealership for my scheduled Range Rover Sport service early (7:30am) on June 18th, 2019, I found a new vehicle that I asked to get a pric While at the dealership for my scheduled Range Rover Sport service early (7:30am) on June 18th, 2019, I found a new vehicle that I asked to get a price on. I also went to the web site that night and "built" a vehicle that I would like to have should I have to order one. I was contacted the next morning by Marco Amaya who set up an appointment with me to return to the dealership on Tuesday the 24th at 6:00pm to meet and discuss the new vehicle on the lot, or the ordering process for the car I "built" on line with the Sales Manager. I was then contacted by Neil Persad who told me that he handles the "builds and new car inventory" and that Marco was from a call center and that I should let Marco know that he (Neil) had reached out to me. Hmmm... I should contact the guy at the call center and tell him that someone else (Neil) had contacted me? Ok, I let that go and asked Neil if he would have all of the information together and ready when I got there for my appointment at 6;00pm on the 24th. He responded by text saying he would " get some info and see if that will work" He then asked "why so late on Tuesday? 6:00pm is usually when management heads out" REALLY? I'm driving 1-1/2 hours from Hickory, through Charlotte rush hour traffic for an appointment to buy a $80K to $90K vehicle and he wants to get out of there by 6:00? I guess business must really be good! Needless to say, I canceled my appointment with him (so management could make it out of there on time) and am now looking for the same or a very similar vehicle from other Range Rover dealerships. This would have been the 5th new or used Range Rover I have purchased from one of the Hendricks locations. Oh, I also have all of the texts and emails that I would be happy to share with any Hendricks Management, should they ever read or hear about this pathetic experience. More
